Crediting of the rebate will be made within ninety (90) days to the Principal Cardholder’s active BPI Credit Card after the end of the promo period.
In cases where a customer has an active BPI Mastercard and Visa credit card, it will be credited to the BPI Mastercard credit card.
Qualifications
1. The promo is open to pre-selected principal cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards who have received communication materials from BPI and whose accounts are active and in good standing.

Crediting of the rebate will be made within ninety (90) days to the Principal Cardholder’s active BPI Credit Card after the end of the promo period.
1. The Promo shall be open to pre-selected holders of the BPI Participating Credit Cards (“Eligible Clients”) who:
a. Received a notification from BPI informing them of their eligibility to join the Promo. The notification will be sent to the Eligible Clients via SMS, Viber and/or e-mail using their contact details registered in the BPI credit card system. The Eligible Client must be the primary cardholder of the Participating BPI Credit Card.
b. Use their Participating BPI Card and meet minimum spend on qualified transactions (Retail, Flexipay) within the Promo Period. Qualified transactions refer below:

c. Qualified Transactions should be made within the promo period (based on the transaction date).

g. The rebate will be credited to the Principal Cardholders' active BPI Credit Card.
h. In cases where a customer has an active BPI Mastercard and Visa credit card, it will be credited to the BPI Mastercard credit card

2. Only the following transactions are included in this promo (online and in-store):
a. Supermarket – 5411
b. Fuel/Gas - 5541, 5542
c. Drug Stores/Pharmacies – 5912
3. The rebate will be credited to the Principal Cardholder's active BPI Credit Card within ninety (90) days from the end of the promo period. Principal Cardholder will be notified via SMS, email, or Viber Message once the rebate has been credited to their account.
4. To qualify for the promo, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
5. Only online &/or in-store transactions made in Supermarkets, Fuel/Gas and Drug Store/Pharmacies shall qualify for the promo. Transactions made in other categories are not qualified.
6. The qualified transactions should be made within the promo period (based on transaction date). The rebate will only be credited once.
7. Should a Cardholder have both a BPI Mastercard and BPI Visa credit card and qualifies for the promo, the rebate will be credited to the BPI Mastercard credit card.
8. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promo.
9. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
10. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
Only pre-selected BPI Credit Cardholders who receive the promo via email, and/or Viber message; will be qualified to join.
To qualify for the promo, the cardholder must meet the required frequency of essentials transactions and required amount per transaction.
