Mechanics 

1. The Promo is open to Cardholders with participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing:

2. The Promo Period is from March 13, 2026 to March 31, 2026.

3. Redemption period is from March 13, 2026 to May 31, 2026.

4. Participating BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offer within the Promo Period: 

• Get a PHP 1,000 Spatio gift certificate for a minimum spend of PHP 10,000 at Spatio for BPI Signature, BPI Platinum Rewards, BPI Amore Platinum Cashback and Robinsons Cashback Cardholders.

5. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.  

6. How to Redeem:

a) The cardholder must proceed to the customer service counter of Spatio.

b) Present the official receipt, charge slip, and BPI Credit or Robinsons Bank Credit Card used in the transaction.

c) Submit the following:

i. Original transaction receipt, must not be photocopied

ii. Valid and original charge slip, must be the customer copy and not photocopied

7. Upon release of gift certificate, the charge slip shall be collected by the Spatio Personnel. The charge slip must be:

a) In good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount, last four (4) digits of the card number and approval code. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, and/or unreadable charge slip or transaction receipt will not be accepted;

b) The Customer Copy; Duplicate Customer Copy, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy will not be accepted;

c) Must have the same name and card number on the card presented;

d) Must have a transaction date within the Promo Period.

7. Actual card used must not be expired.

8. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes, and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals made with the same store or establishment on the same day will not be allowed. Splitting is defined as intentional act of dividing a straight transaction into multiple transactions to receive more than one reward.

9. Offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made. 

10. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

2. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of the FlexipayZero Program. This allows Cardholders to avail of up to 6 months 0% interest on installments at Merchant.  

3. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Flexipay:  

a. The FlexipayZero installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 10,000 or higher.  

b. The terms may be available for select items only.   

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.   

d. The cardholder can also choose to avail of the other Flexipay features:  

• Up to 100% Additional Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders  

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.  

• FlexipayLater

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full. 

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method.

e.1. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 + 2% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the Flexipay transaction prior to the 1st billing.

e.2. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 for Flexipay transactions terminated after the first billing.  

4. To qualify for the Program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the participating Merchant.   

5. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law. 

6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.
