SM Store Promo

1. The Promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI Debit Mastercard whose accounts are active and in good standing

2. Cardholders get a chance to instantly win P1,000 or P300 worth of SM Gift Pass for a minimum single-receipt transaction of P2,500  

3. Promo period is from April 30, 2024 to July 30, 2024. 

4. Redemption period is from April 30, 2024 to September 30, 2024.  

5. A minimum of P2,500 single receipt purchase at any SM Store branch nationwide gives the cardholder a chance to instantly win P1,000 or P300 SM Gift Pass. 

6. The promo is valid for in-store transactions only. (Personal Shopper and Online transactions are excluded) 

7. There will be 2,000 winners of P1,000 worth of SM Gift Pass and 5,000 winners of P300 SM Gift Pass nationwide. 

8. Upon completing the minimum single-receipt transaction of P2,500 using the BPI Debit Mastercard, the SM Store transaction receipt will display and generate a coupon indicating whether the customer wins an instant prize. Non-winning transactions will get a non-winning stub for this promo:

9. The SM Store Gift Pass is non-convertible to cash. 

10. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple raffle entries is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing transactions into multiple transactions to allow redemption. 

11. SM Store and BPI will not replace lost or damaged prizes caused by the winner (cardholder). 

12. BPI and SM Store reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as relevant to the Promo, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate. 

13. Employees, Management and Board of Directors of BPI and SM Store, and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.  

How to claim

1. The winner (Cardholder) must present the following documents at the Customer Service Counter of the SM Store where the transaction was made. The Customer Service Manager must verify the winning transaction prior to awarding of prizes to the cardholder:

• Original Winning Transaction Receipt
• Original Winning charge slip
• Original Winning Stub
• Winning BPI Debit Mastercard Card
• Valid ID

2. The winner must surrender and sign the original winning stub.

3. The Transaction receipt and winning charge slip should be marked/stamped CLAIMED upon release of Prize.

4. Cardholder can only claim his/her Prize at the same branch of the SM Store where the transaction was made.
