Promo Mechanics
1. This promo is open to all existing VYBE users who will transact at Mercury Drug stores nationwide from June 25, 2026 to July 31, 2026.
2. VYBE customers are qualified to join if they download the app and sign up. Customers must have registered mobile numbers.
3. To join, customers must use VYBE to pay for their over-the-counter purchases by scanning the QR Ph code at any Mercury Drug store nationwide.
4. For a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 500 that is paid using VYBE, customers are entitled to receive one (1) P50 Mercury Drug Gift Certificate.
5. The offer is limited to one VYBE-registered mobile number per single-receipt transaction. If the customer splits the transaction into two, they can only receive one (1) PHP 50 Mercury Drug Gift Certificate.
6. To claim the offer, customers must present the transaction confirmation to the cashier immediately upon purchase. The transaction confirmation must be shown via the:
- VYBE app after a successful payment transaction and
- Mercury Drug branch via SMS or through approved sales slips from its Maya terminal/POS
7. The offer can be claimed only once (1x) per store where the customer purchased.
8. The PHP 50 Mercury Drug Gift Certificate has no expiry date, and can be used in the next purchase of the customer in any Mercury Drug store nationwide. Therefore, the PHP 50 Mercury Drug Gift Certificate is valid until the next purchase date.
9. This promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion (unless otherwise specified).
10. Customers who will qualify for this promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and VYBE.
11. The promotional discount or the 20% Senior/PWD discount and the product offer can be both availed by Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities on their purchase for their personal consumption and enjoyment. VAT exemption applies to all eligible SC/PWD purchases.
12. BPI reserves the right to cancel or withhold rewards and/or cashback/vouchers in cases of verified abuse, falsification, fraud, or misuse of the promotion. Any concerns or disputes regarding transaction validity or redemption eligibility shall be subject to BPI’s review, in accordance with applicable policies. Customers may raise concerns through BPI’s official customer support channels, and unresolved complaints may be elevated in accordance with existing regulatory and consumer protection guidelines.
13. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
