2. The Promo Period is from November 9, 2025 to February 1, 2026.
3. To qualify for the discount, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
4. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
5. The discount should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
General Promo Mechanics
A. Qualifying Purchase
For every PHP 1,500 spend in a single receipt from any of the following Metro stores: Department Store, Supermarket, Hypermarket, Wholesale Mart, Royal Gem, Pharmacy, Suisse Cottage, Food Avenue & Metro Café, Fresh and Easy and Value Mart = one (1) electronic raffle entry.
Additional Raffle Entries
a. Purchases made using the MRC or MBC loyalty card = additional one (1) electronic raffle entry. Only one additional raffle entry per receipt regardless of total amount purchase.
b. Purchases made using any BPI or Rbank debit or credit cards = additional two (2) electronic raffle entry.
c. Purchases worth 200 and above of participating brands at the supermarket = additional one (1) electronic raffle entry.
Supermarket participating brands: Bear Brand, Colgate-Palmolive, Ensure, Golden Fiest, Knorr, Maggi, Nescafe, Nestle All Purpose Cream, Pediasure Plus, Similac Gain School, Procter & Gamble and Unilever.
Note: Customers who availed of a discount using a derivative card such as Senior Citizen, PWD or Solo Parent cannot automatically earn e-raffle points. Customers need to approach the Customer Service Counter in order to manually input the earned points through Store Web Application.
B. How to Join
Customers have to register on the Metro e-raffle platform to be able to join the promo. Registration is done only once at the start of the promo to be able to earn e-raffle entries thereafter.
C. How to Register for the Promo
a) Two-way Registration for Metro Reward Cardholder (MRC) Customers
i. Register via Customer Service Counter/Redemption Booths for MRC Customers
The customer presents a qualified receipt and Metro Rewards Card (MRC) to the Customer Service or designated redemption booth in-charge.
ii. Register via Mobile Phone for MRC Customers
The customer goes to the Customer Web Application www.metropromo.com.ph and clicks “Register” button. Customer encodes his MRC number and nominates a password.
b) Two-way Registration for Non-MRC Customers
i. Register via Customer Service Counter/Redemption Booths for Non-MRC Customers
a. The customer presents qualified receipt to the Customer Service or designated redemption booth in-charge.
b. In-charge to give registration slip to the customer to fill in needed data and sign in the registration form.
ii. Registration via Smart Phone for Non-MRC Customers
a. Customer goes to the Customer Web Application www.metropromo.com.ph and clicks “Register” button.
b. Customer encodes his First Name, complete Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Age, Birthday (day/month/year), Facebook Account and Home Address and nominates a password.
c. System checks if the Customer already exists by checking the mobile number & email address.
D. Earning of Raffle Entries
Earning Raffle entries can be done in two-ways:
a. Earning Raffle Entries via Redemption Booth for Non-MRC Registered Customers
i. Customer goes to Customer Service counter and provides Name and qualified receipts from Metro Stores for validation of e-raffle entry.
ii. Store Customer Service In-charge searches for the Customer record either by Last Name, FirstName, Middle Name, Mobile Number or Email Address.
iii. Store Customer Service In-Charge shall create new raffle entry transaction record and shall encode the Receipt Number, Store Number, Permit/ Terminal Number, Date/ Time of Receipt, Participating Products, Type of Receipt (Retail, Wholesale/Trade PO) and Total Amount of Receipt.
iv. Store Customer Service In-Charge shall stamp "CLAIMED" at the face of the qualified transaction receipt.
v. Non-MRC/MBC Customer shall receive a confirmation message via SMS and/or email about the raffle entries earned.
b. Earning Raffle Entries for Registered MRC Customers
i. Customer makes a qualified purchase in participating Metro Stores using his valid MRC card.
ii. Customer can also view all processed transactions and equivalent raffle entries earned via
iii. Smartphone or access the website www.metropromo.com.ph.
E. Cut off Date and Grand Draw Date
a. Cut-off date for registration and redeeming electronic raffle entry will be until February 1, 2026 Closing Store Hours.
b. The grand draw is scheduled on February 10, 2026 at 3PM via online with DTI representative.
F. Prizes at Stake
