1. The promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. The Promo Period is from January 15, 2026 to March 31, 2026. Redemption Period is from January 15, 2026 to May 31, 2026.

3. To qualify for the discount, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchase at Merchant. 

4. The discount is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.  

5. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant: 

a. Only the BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cardholders may claim the gift certificates and is non-transferable. Redemption through authorized representatives, even with authorization letter, is not allowed.

b. Only purchases made within the Promo Period will qualify for the Promo.

c. BPI and Merchant will not honor redemptions using official receipts only or BPI Statement of Account.

d. Upon redemption, the customer service personnel will validate the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card used to pay for the qualified transaction against the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) presented.  Transaction receipt(s) will be stamped CLAIMED to avoid re-use. 

e. BPI and Merchant shall not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgement of charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) that are stolen, lost, and/or faded for the purpose of redemption.

f. Charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will be collected by the customer service personnel upon release of the gift certificates.

g. The qualified customer must fill-in a monitoring form with the following details:

• Complete Name
• Complete Address
• Email Address
• Contact Number (Office/House/Phone Number)

Hence, the customer must give their full consent to Metro Retail Stores to collect, record, organize, store, update, use, consolidate, block, erase or otherwise process information, whether personal, sensitive or privileged, pertaining to them and the transactions subject hereof which will be solely for the purpose of this Metro Retail Stores’ Holiday Gift Certificates promo.

h. The redemption of the gift certificates is valid from January 15, 2026 to May 31, 2026 and can be claimed only once per cardholder per day.

i. The gift certificates (with stamp) can be redeemed in-store at Metro Home Lifestyle Departments.

1. The customer must use his or her Participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Metro Department Stores within the Promo Period.

2. To claim the gift certificates, the Cardholder must proceed to the Customer Service Counter where the purchase was made, and present the following: 

a. Original receipt from Merchant with a minimum single receipt purchase of PHP 3,500 and charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) 

• Must be presented to get the gift certificates from the same branch where the purchase was made;  
• Must be valid original charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), not photocopied and/or reprinted (customer copy) for the qualifying transaction at the Participating Merchant where the purchase was made. 
• Cardholder must surrender the customer copy charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s); 
• Must be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount, and last four (4) digit of the card number and approval code. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, and/or unreadable charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will not be accepted; 
• Must be the Customer Copy. Duplicate Customer Copy, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy will not be accepted; 
• Name and card number printed on the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) must be the same as the one reflected on the card presented; 
• Transaction date must be within the Promo Period. 

b. Actual Card used must not be expired.
