Mastercard Platinum Exclusive: Trip.com Promo

1. Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Trip.com”) is responsible for this BPI x Mastercard (Philippines Platinum Card) (“Promotion”).

2. Promotion period: July 1, 2025 – July 30, 2025.

3. Promotion platforms: The Trip.com desktop website, mobile app, and mobile website. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions for each promotion.

4. All prices are accurate at the time they are displayed but are updated regularly. Please refresh the page to check current availability, price and policies.

5. Cancellation policies for hotels and attractions may vary. Please refer to the cancellation policy of your selection before booking.

6. The price before the discount has been applied (strike-through price) refers to the corresponding price for the relevant room type on Trip.com’s website, which may be different from the price published by the hotel on its website.

7. Hotels Promo Code: BPIMCHTL promo code/discount is applicable to the price AFTER taxes and fees have been applied. Promo is only applicable to: (i) pre-pay rooms; and (ii) transactions made in Philippines Peso (“PHP”) only. Certain properties may be ineligible for this Promo, including rooms subject to other promotions.

8. Flights Promo Code: Tier 1 – BPIMCFLT1; Tier 2 – BPIMCFLT2 promo code/discount is only applicable to the price BEFORE taxes and fees have been applied. The promo code/discount may only be availed of for transactions made in Philippine Peso (“PHP”).

9. Prior reservation required. If your selection is unavailable on certain dates, feel free to check availability for other dates.

10. The rebooking and cancellation policies of the property and airline booked will govern. Different hotels/rooms/flight types may have different cancellation and/or re-booking policies, so please read the cancellation and re-booking policies for the specific hotels/rooms/flights types before booking.

11. If you change a booking for which you used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. If you want to use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new booking within the promo and booking period. Booking is subject to availability.

12. All information, including personal information (the “Information”), submitted to or acquired by Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-ph.html (the “Privacy Policy”).

13. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this Promo, unless the same is proven to be caused by Trip.com’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation for this promo with concurrence of DTI. Other terms and conditions on the hotel/flight as specified in the promotion platform shall apply.

1. To qualify for the discount, the Cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Platinum Rewards Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

3. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

4. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

5. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.

6. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

7. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. 

8. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

9. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Platinum Rewards Card and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
