Masaya Sa Cooler City Promo

1. This promo is open to all existing clients of VYBE by BPI app and Cooler City: Ice Cream * Tea. 

2. Cooler City: Ice Cream * Tea clients who are not VYBE users are qualified to join if they download the app and sign up. Clients must have Philippine-registered mobile numbers. 

3. To join, clients must use VYBE to pay for over the counter, dine-in, or take-out purchases by scanning the QR Ph code in the store. 

4. For every PHP 150 single-receipt purchase using VYBE, clients will get one (1) Free Ice Cream Cone. To claim, clients need to show the transaction confirmation to the cashier immediately after payment and on the day the purchase was made. The transaction confirmation is shown in the VYBE app after a successful payment. 

5. Clients can avail the offer multiple times during the promo duration provided they comply with item number 4. 

6. The offer is limited to one VYBE-registered mobile number per transaction. 

7. The offer is valid in the 2 participating Cooler City: Ice Cream * Tea stores in Baguio City and San Fernando, LaUnion from February 13, 2026 to April 15, 2026. 

8. All promotions are only valid in isolation, not in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers. If there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount, or voucher, whichever the customer deems most appropriate. 

9. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will decide, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
