For existing VYBE users, you will get a free VYBE travel doodle pouch when you do the following:

• Dial *123# to convert to Power All or Saya All promo load

3. The offer can be claimed multiple times within the promo period.

4. The free item is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or fixed-price items unless otherwise provided.

5. Clients who will qualify for this promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and VYBE.

6. BPI and DTI reserve the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/ vouchers for abuse, gamification, and fraud. While all questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be initially resolved by BPI, the customer is not precluded from pursuing other legal remedies as provided by law.

7. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant / Partner with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
