1. Flights are valid on Japan Airlines flights operated from Manila-Japan. Flights originating from outside the Philippines are not eligible for this offer. 

2. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and/or dates. 

3. If the itinerary includes multiple sectors, or other airlines’ operated flights, discounts may be limited. 

4. Fare rules and ticket restrictions will apply. 

5. Ticket refund is per applicable fare rules. Refund penalty and/or service fee may apply. 

6. Difference in fare amounts resulting from change in travel dates will be assessed and charged or refunded accordingly based on fare rules. 

7. Changes & Rebooking: Outbound flight changes are not allowed after the promotional sales period ends, as the applicable promotional fare will no longer be valid. 

8. Discounts may be recalled if there are any changes made to the ticket. 

9. Fares exclude all taxes, customs charges, immigration charges and other applicable fees. 

10. Displayed fares are not guaranteed until the purchase has been made. 

11. All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance. 

12. Tickets are non-transferable. 

13. No complimentary hotel accommodations will be offered for long transit times between flights. 

14. Fares and taxes will be charged in USD and CBC conversion / exchange rates shall apply upon posting. 

15. Eligible passengers may be exempt from paying the PH tax (in full or discounted) upon submission of documents at the check-in counter. Otherwise, PH tax must be settled at the TIEZA counter at the airport or online. 

16. A copy of valid passport of the passenger may be requested by Japan Airlines. 

17. Qualified cardholders shall ensure that they have the proper documentation to depart / enter / transit their destination and that they acknowledge the risk involved in traveling. Japan Airlines and BPI shall not be held responsible for any refund or any associated costs if cardholder is denied entry to a country of transit or destination due to reasons such as incomplete documents, travel restrictions or health protocols.
