1. The Promo is open to Cardholders with participating BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing:

2. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases. 

3. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product. 

4. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

5. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant. 

a. The raffle draw will be held on February 6, 2026, at Gaisano Mall Davao’s Marketing Office, witnessed by a DTI representative.

b. All winning coupons will be validated. In cases of any incorrect or lacking information, the entry will be disqualified.

c. A participant may only win once in the entire raffle draw. In case a name was drawn more than once he/she will get the prize of higher value.

d. Winners will be announced via Gaisano Mall’s official social media pages and will be contacted through the information provided in the raffle coupon.

e. Winner must claim their prizes within 60 days from the receipt of notification, unclaimed prizes after the 6-day claiming period will be forfeited in favor of Gaisano Mall, with prior DTI approval.

f. To claim, winners must present:

One (1) valid government-issued ID and the winning BPI Credit Card

• A copy of the winning raffle coupon
• Notification message

g. Employees of Gaisano Mall, and their advertising agencies, including relatives of up to the second degree of sanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

h. Gaisano Malls reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winner in any mode of manner, as relevant to the promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.

1. The customer must use his or her Participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at participating Gaisano Stores  within the Promo Period. 

2. To claim the raffle coupon, the customer must proceed to the Customer Care and present the following:    

a. Original receipt from Merchant with a minimum single receipt purchase worth PHP 3,000 or PHP 10,000 and charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s).

• Must be presented to get a raffle coupon(s).
• Must be valid original charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), not photocopied (customer copy) for the qualifying transaction/s.
• Cardholder must surrender the customer copy charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s).
• Must be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount, and last four (4) digit of the card number and approval code. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, and/or unreadable charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will not be accepted.
• Must be the Customer Copy. Duplicate Customer Copy, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy will not be accepted.
• Name and card number printed on the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) must be the same as the one reflected on the card presented.
• Transaction date must be within the Promo Period.

b. Actual Card used must not be expired. 

3. Raffle coupons must be completely filled out and dropped in designated drop boxes at any participating Gaisano Store branch.
