Promo Mechanics
1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI account holders who will link their enrolled BPI online account to the Green GSM app or website and use it to pay for their fare.
2. Promo duration is from May 15, 2026 to June 30, 2026. All payments made during the promo period are eligible for this promo with no minimum fare amount required. Only one (1) Green GSM account per user/device is eligible to earn Green Points under this promotion.
3. To join, BPI Account holders must book their ride through the Green GSM app or website, link their BPI online account, and use it to pay their trip fare before completely booking the ride. Both the app and website have the same process on linking and paying the trip fare with their BPI account.
4. From May 15, 2026 to May 31, 2026, BPI account holders will receive 15 Green Points when they pay with their linked BPI account. Consequently, BPI account holders will receive 20 Green Points when they pay with their linked BPI account from June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. The Green Points will reflect on the app or website right after the successful completion of their trip.
5. BPI account holders may avail this promo multiple times daily throughout the promo period.
6. This promotion is nontransferable and not convertible to cash. It is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion unless otherwise specified.
7. Qualified BPI account holders are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc. (Green GSM). All questions or disputes regarding transaction validity shall be handled by BPI and Green GSM in accordance with applicable laws and BSP regulations, without prejudice to the customer’s right to avail of appropriate escalation or dispute resolution mechanisms.
8. By participating in the promotion, the customer authorizes the Bank to process and share limited personal and transaction information with Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc. (Green GSM) solely for the purpose of validating eligibility, crediting rewards, and fulfilling this promotion. All data processing and sharing shall be conducted in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and the respective privacy policies of the Bank and its partners.
9. BPI and DTI reserve the right to cancel or withhold rewards, cashback, or vouchers in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of promotion mechanics, or transactions deemed invalid based on the terms of this promotion. For any questions or disputes related to transaction validity, customers may contact BPI through its official channels. The Bank will evaluate the concern and coordinate with Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc. (Green GSM), as necessary to facilitate resolution.
10. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
