Promo Mechanics

1. This promo is open to existing customers of VYBE and But First, Coffee.

2. But First, Coffee customers who are not yet registered in VYBE must download the VYBE by BPI App to qualify. Customers must have registered mobile numbers. 

3. To join, customers must pay via QR Ph using VYBE at participating But First, Coffee branches nationwide from July 15 to September 30, 2026 for their over the counter, dine-in, or take-out purchases.

4. For a single receipt purchase of Php 150, customers can enjoy a FREE drink of their choice – Hazelnut Latte, Matcha Latte, or Cloud Nine Brew. 

5. The offer is limited to one VYBE-registered mobile number per single-receipt transaction. In the case that the customer splits the transaction into two, customers can only receive one (1) FREE drink. Ofer may be availed multiple times within the promo period.

6. To claim the freebie, customers need to show the transaction confirmation to the cashier immediately upon purchase. The transaction confirmation is shown in the VYBE app after a successful payment transaction. The freebie is valid on the same date of purchase. Claiming it at a later date will not be accepted.

7. The offer is valid only at the following But First, Coffee branches.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

9. BPI and DTI reserve the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/vouchers for abuse, falsification, fraud, and gamification. All questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by BPI.  

10. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
