Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all VYBE Pro users (Referrers) or clients who have linked their BPI account to their VYBE e-wallet. The promo will run from July 15, 2026, to August 31, 2026.

2. Use your VYBE referral code to encourage friends, loved ones or someone you know to download and sign up for VYBE. 

3. The referral code can be viewed on the profile section of the client's VYBE app.

4. To be eligible to get an e-voucher code, the referral code of the VYBE Pro client must be used and is valid under two (2) conditions: 

  • BPI online account client without VYBE and will successfully sign up for VYBE using a referral code
  • New VYBE user without a BPI account and upgraded to VYBE Regular

How to use your referral code:

• On the VYBE app, client to tap their profile icon.

• Copy the unique referral code.

• Send the referral code to your friends and loved ones.

How to use a referral code when you sign up for VYBE:

• Download the VYBE app, tap 'Join the VYBE' then choose 'Yes.'

• Input the unique referral code then tap 'Submit.'

• Log in using your BPI online username and password and key in the OTP.

• Nominate a 4-digit MPIN, and you're done!

How to upgrade from VYBE Lite to VYBE Regular using a referral code:

• On the VYBE homepage, tap 'Upgrade banner.'

• Tap 'Let's get started!' and choose 'Yes.'

• Take a photo of any acceptable valid ID and perform the face verification.

• Once your data has been confirmed, tap 'Proceed' to fill out identity details.

• Tap 'Next' to proceed to Work Information page and key in the referral code.

• Key in the One-Time PIN. And you're done!

How to upgrade from VYBE Lite to VYE PRO using a referral code:

• Client to open VYBE app and click on the ‘Profile' page.

• Client selects the ‘Link to a BPI online account’ button.

• Tap 'Let's get started!' Button.

• Client to input a valid alphanumeric referral code on the referral code page and clicks ‘Submit’.

• Client is prompted to BPI online page and inputs the BPI online credentials to procced with PRO upgrade.

• Client inputs the One-Time PIN and clicks ‘Submit’ to authenticate his request.

• Client is prompted with successful upgrade to VYBE Pro account and receives push notifications for successful account upgrade.

5. VYBE will be sending a Share Treats unique voucher code to eligible VYBE Pro (Referrer) who will receive a free (1) Jollibee Cheesy Yumburger Solo.  

6. The Share Treats voucher code will be sent to the Referrer's Viber number.

7. The voucher code will be sent within 5 to 10 banking days from the date of successful use of VYBE referral code. 

8. To receive the voucher code, the referrer must:

  • Have an active Viber account
  • Use the same mobile number for both their VYBE account and their Viber account.

9. The free Cheesy Yumburger Solo should be claimed at select participating Jollibee branches nationwide. Check out the complete list of participating Jollibee branches.

10. The Share Treats code to be used in claiming the free Cheesy Yumburger Solo is valid until December 31, 2026, only.

11. Eligible customers can accumulate the unique codes he/she will receive before redemption of the free Cheesy Yumburger Solo.  Jollibee stores have redemption guidelines to follow. For more than 10 redemptions, it is highly advisable to call the store in advance to manage waiting time and please expect a longer waiting time for the store to validate codes.  

12. Free items are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or fixed-price item sunless otherwise provided.  

13. The voucher code is for one time use only and can be redeemed only in participating stores.  

14. Expired or lost voucher codes as a result of late redemption or claiming by the client will not be replaced. 

15. Available for dine-in, takeout orders and drive-thru only. Not valid for Delivery.  

16. Order cannot be cancelled once processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.  

17. The voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and can’t be used in conjunction with currently available rewards program.

18. The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the voucher code. This should only be presented to the cashier for validation, the branch reserves the right to refuse, investigate, and act against fraudulent, suspicious redemption or invalid. Share Treats and VYBE by BPI is not liable for any misused codes.  

19. Jollibee reserves the right to request additional information for verification during redemption. This may include, but is not limited to, the following: 

  • A valid government-issued ID 
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., official receipt, transaction screenshot) 
  • Contact details (e.g., mobile number, email address) 
  • BPI may request additional documents reasonably necessary to validate eligibility, prevent fraud, or verify ownership of the account.

20. BPI and DTI reserves the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/ vouchers for abuse, multiple accounts created solely for promo eligibility and qualification, use of fictitious identities, suspicious account activity, and fraud. While all questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be initially resolved by BPI, the customer is not precluded from pursuing other legal remedies as provided by law.

21. All personal information collected and processed in relation to this promo shall be handled in accordance with the BPI Privacy Policy. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
