How to load your E-Wallets

1. Log-in via BPI Mobile.
2. Select "Payments/Load" from the menu.
3. Select “Load E-wallet”.
4. Fill in the details and select an e-wallet.
5. Confirm the details of your transaction, then click on “Confirm”.
6. Enter your Mobile Key to approve, then select “Submit”.
7. You're done!

​​​​​​​ Note: A loading fee may be deducted from your account depending on the e-wallet you select.

How to load a prepaid phone (available for all telco networks)

1. Log-in via BPI Mobile or BPI Online.
2. Select "Payments/Load" from the menu.
3. Select “Load Prepaid Phone”.
4. Select the account that you’re going to use to pay for the load.
5. Import from your contacts or key in the mobile number of the recipient. The network will be automatically identified based on the mobile number.
6. Select amount to be loaded from the available denominations for your telco network.
​​​​​​​7. Confirm the details of your transaction. Click on “Confirm”.
8. Enter your Mobile Key or One-Time PIN (OTP) to approve, then select “Submit".
9. You're done!

How to load other prepaid accounts

1. Log-in via BPI Mobile or BPI Online.
2. Select "Payments/Load" from the menu.
3. Select “Load Other Prepaid”.
4. Choose which account you would like to load from.
5. Select the prepaid merchant you wish to reload.
6. Enter your Account Number or Service ID Number, select load amount, and tap “Next”.
7. Confirm the details of your transaction. Click on “Confirm”.
8. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP), then select “Submit”.
9. You're done!

How to load a prepaid card

1. Log-in via BPI Mobile or BPI Online.
2. Select "Transfer Money" from the menu.
3. Select “Load Prepaid Card”.
4. Fill in the details and select whether to load your own prepaid card or a 3rd party prepaid card.
5. Enter the recipient’s account number.
6. Confirm the details of your transaction. Click on “Confirm”.
7. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP), then select “Submit”.

Note: OTP is not required for load to own prepaid card.

How to enroll a prepaid phone or card

1. Log-in via BPI Online.
2. Select "Other Services" from the menu.
3. Select “Manage Recipients”.
4. Click on “Add recipient”.
5. Select Prepaid Phone or Card as the type of recipient.
6. Confirm the details of your enrollment. Click on “Confirm”.
7. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP), then select “Submit”.
8. You're done!

How to add a prepaid phone or card to Favorites

After sending to an unenrolled account, prepaid card, or phone, you will be asked to save the recipient as a “Favorite”.

What E-Wallets can I load?

You can load the following e-wallets: GCash, PayMaya, beep™, Easytrip, and Autosweep RFID, DIBZ Pay, GetGo via the BPI Mobile app. No need to enroll, just key in a valid e-wallet reference number.

What reference numbers can I use?

a. Gcash, PAYMAYA, and SMART Money: Registered mobile number
b. beep™: CAN Number
c. Autosweep RFID : Plate number/ATG Card Number
d. Easytrip: Easytrip account number
e. DIBZ Pay: DibzPay Reference Number

What are the minimum and maximum E-Wallet daily load limits?

Minimum Daily Load Amount
GCash: Php 300
Paymaya: Php 500
beep™: Php 1
Easytrip: Php 350
Autosweep RFID: Php 200
DIBZ Pay: Php 200
GetGo: Php 500

Maximum Daily Load Limit
You can load up to an aggregated amount of Php 250,000 per day*. This limit includes cash-ins to other partner apps and websites, load prepaid phone, load other prepaid, transfers to other BPI accounts (unenrolled), Instapay transfers, pay e-Gov, pay on delivery, and BPI to Cash transactions.

*A higher limit of up to Php 500,000 is available for Preferred and Private Banking clients.

Is there a service fee for E-Wallet transactions?

A fee will be charged for the following e-wallet transactions:

beepTM: Php 10
Autosweep RFID: Php 13

Is there a daily limit for Load E-Wallet transactions?

Yes. Load e-wallet transactions are subject to the Php 250,000* daily limit for unenrolled transactions. This limit includes cash-ins and payments to partners like billers and merchants, load prepaid phones, load other prepaid accounts, transfers to other BPI accounts (unenrolled), Instapay transfers, pay e-Gov, pay on delivery, and BPI to Cash transactions.

*A higher limit of up to Php 500,000 is available for Preferred and Private Banking clients.

When will the amount be credited to the E-Wallet account?

​​​​​​​The amount is credited in real time to the e-wallet account. For beep™ e-wallet, you need to update your balance through any of the beep™ e-Load stations.

Why are there two (2) entries in my transaction history for E-Wallet load?

Your transaction history will reflect an entry for the E-Wallet loading and another one for the fee labeled "Funds Transfer."

What is the maximum billers and payees that I can enroll?

​​​​​​​You can now enroll up to 99 billers to your account.

Can I delete an enrolled biller card in real-time?

Yes, deletion of an enrolled biller can be done in real-time.

How do I check my prepaid card balance?

1. Log-in to BPI Online.
2. Select “Inquire prepaid card balance”.
3. Input your prepaid card number, then tap “Submit”.
