What e-wallets are available on the BPI app or BPI online?
How do I load my e-wallet?
1. Log in to BPI app or BPI online.
2. Tap “Move money” > “Load e-wallet”
3. Select your source account and the e-wallet you want to load.
4. Enter the account/reference number.
5. Enter the amount.
6. Review the details and approve action using your Mobile key.
Tip: After your transaction, save the e-wallet to your Favorites for even faster top-ups next time.
How do I load a prepaid phone?
1. Log in to BPI app or BPI online.
2. Tap “Move money” > “Load prepaid phone”
3. Select your source account.
4. Select your service provider (e.g., Globe, Smart, TM, etc.) and enter the prepaid phone number.
5. Select load amount.
6. Review the details and approve action using your Mobile key.
Tip: Add the prepaid phone number to your Favorites after your transaction for easy access next time.
What else can I load using the BPI app or BPI online?
You can load Cignal Prepaid and Meralco Kuryente Load. Here’s how:
1. Log in to BPI app or online.
2. Go to “Move money” > “Load other services”
3. Select your source account.
4. Select which service you want to load (Cignal Prepaid or Meralco Kuryente Load)
5. Enter your account number or service ID number then select load amount.
6. Review the details and approve action using the OTP sent to your registered phone number.

What are the e-wallets I can load?
You can load the following e-wallets: beep™, Easytrip, and Autosweep RFID on the BPI app or via web browser. No need to enroll, just key in a valid e-wallet reference number.

What is the maximum e-wallet daily load limit?
You can load up to an aggregated amount of Php 250,000 per day*. This limit includes cash-ins to other partner apps and websites, load prepaid phone, load other prepaid, transfers to other BPI accounts (unenrolled), Instapay transfers, pay e-Gov, pay on delivery, and BPI to Cash transactions.
*A higher limit of up to Php 500,000 is available for Preferred and Private Banking clients.
What is the maximum billers and payees that I can enroll?
You can now enroll up to 99 billers to your account.
