Conveniently settle your credit card bills through our various payment channels
Pay your bill from the comfort of your home via BPI Online or BPI mobile app for safer and faster transactions.
You'll need to enroll your BPI Credit Card in BPI Online first.
1. Log in to BPI Online and go to "Other Services".
2. Select "Manage Recipients".
3. Click on "Add New Recipient".
4. In the "Recipient" field, choose "Billers".
5. Select “BPI EXPRESS CARD CORP (BECC)” as the biller.
6. Input your Customer Number, review the details and click "Confirm".
7. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) then select "Submit".
Once your credit card is enrolled, follow these steps.
1. Log in to BPI Online or your BPI Mobile app and go to “Payments/Load”.
2. Select “Pay Bills”.
3. Input the details & select your BPI Credit Card as the biller.
4. Confirm the details of your transaction. Click “Confirm”.
5. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) then select “Submit”.
Visit any BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank branch nationwide to pay for your credit card. You may use our branch locator to check the branch near you.
For check payments, please make these payable to BPI, followed by your Customer Number found in your statement of account (e.g. Pay to the order of BPI, 020100-xxxxxxxxxx).
1. Open the Coins.ph app and enter your PIN.
2. Click "Pay Bills".
3. Select biller BPI (Credit Card Bill).
4. Enter the exact amount to be paid and click Next.
5. Enter your Customer/Card Number (16-Digit) and Account Name then click Next.
6. Review your payment details then slide to Confirm to complete your payment.
7. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your payment.

1. Open the GCash app and enter your MPIN.
2. Click "Pay Bills".
3. Click "Credit Cards" under "Biller Categories".
4. Select "BPI Credit Card".
5. Enter your Customer/Card Number (16-Digit), Account Name and the exact amount to be paid then click "Next".
6. Double check the information shown in the confirmation page, then click "Confirm".
7. A confirmation SMS and email will be sent to you with the details of your payment.

3. Select biller Bank of the Philippine Islands.
4. Enter your Customer/Card Number (16-Digit), the exact amount to be paid and Consumer Name then click Continue.
5. Review the payment details shown in the Confirmation Page, then click Pay.
6. You’re done! A confirmation SMS will be sent to you with the details of your payment.

2. Click Pay Bills.
3. Click Credit Cards and select BPI.
4. Enter your Customer/Card Number (16-Digit), Account Name and the exact amount to be paid then click Next.

6. You’re done! A confirmation SMS will be sent to you with the details of your payment.

Late Payment fee of Php 850 or equivalent to the value of the unpaid minimum amount due, whichever is lower will be charged to the BPI or BPI Family Credit Card if payment is not made on or before the due date. To avoid this, please pay at least the Minimum Amount Due on or before the Payment Due Date.
1. Where can I pay my BPI or BPI Family Credit Card?
You can pay your BPI or BPI Family Credit Card at any Bayad Center stores and Bayad Center merchant partners nationwide. Visit Bayad’s website for the complete list of Bayad Centers and partners.
2. How do I pay?
Simpy provide your BPI or BPI Family Credit Card Statement of Account to the cashier, or fill out and submit the Bayad Center Transaction Form to the cashier with the following information:
a. Credit Card Number or Customer Number (Numeric and to be encoded as shown in the SOA or as written by the customer using the Bayad Center Transaction Form)
b. Account Name- (LN, FN, MI); Middle Initial is optional
c. Amount to be Paid
Wait for your acknowledgement receipt with machine Validation as proof of payment
3. Can I pay with cash or check?
Only cash payment is accepted.
4. Until what time can I pay?
The daily cut-off time for payments is until 8:00 PM only. Payments received after the cut-off time will be considered as next banking day transactions.

You can pay your BPI or BPI Family Credit Card at any Cebuana Lhuillier branch nationwide. Visit Cebuana Lhuillier’s website for the complete list of branches.
2. How do I pay?
Provide your BPI or BPI Family Credit Card Statement of Account/Electronic Statement to the cashier, or fill out and submit the payment slip to the cashier with the following information:
• Name
• Payment Amount
• Date
• Customer Number/Card Number as indicated in the Statement of Account
The cashier will provide you a validated Payment Slip as your proof of payment.
3. Can I pay with cash or check?
Only CASH payment is accepted.
4. Until what time can I pay?
The daily cut-off time for payments is only until 10:00PM across all branches. Payments after the cut-off time will be considered as next banking day transactions.

2. How do I pay?

a. Payment Amount
b. Contact Number
c. Customer Number / Card Number
Wait for your transaction slip as proof of payment.
7-Eleven Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I pay in 7-Eleven?
Using the CLIQQ Kiosk Machine or CLIQQ Mobile App, select "BPI CREDIT CARD" under the "Bills Payment" category. Fill-up the following information:
a. Account Name
b. Card No. or Account No.
c. Present the generated barcoded payment slip to 7-Eleven cashier and your cash payment
Wait for your Acknowledgement receipt
2. Can I pay with cash or check?
Only cash payment is accepted.
3. How many days will it take for my payment to be posted?
Payment will be posted within three (3) banking days after the date of payment. Please pay at least three (3) banking days prior to your due date for your payment to be posted on time.
