1. The Promo is open to cardholders with participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing:

2. The Promo Period is from May 25, 2025 to June 30, 2025.

3. To qualify for the offer, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

4. To redeem the reward, the cardholder must proceed to Robinsons Department Store Business Center of the mall where the purchase was made and submit the following:

• Present the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card used in the transaction. Actual card used must not be expired. 

• Original transaction receipt from Merchant with a minimum single receipt purchase of Php 6,000 for straight transaction or Php 13,000 for installment transaction

o Must not be photocopied, defaced, faded, crumpled, tampered or receipts that are less than ¾ of its actual size and will not be honored; 

• Charge slip(s) or transaction receipt (s) 

• Must be claimed from the same store where the purchase was made;

• Must be valid and original charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), not photocopied (customer copy) for the qualifying transaction at the participating club where the purchase was made;

• Must be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount and last four (4) digits of the card number. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, defaced, crumpled, and/or unreadable charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will not be accepted; 

• Must be the Customer Copy; Duplicate Customer Copy, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy will not be accepted;

• Name and card number printed on the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), must have the same name and card number on the card presented; 

• Transaction date must be within the Promo Period. 

• Charge slip(s) will be collected by the customer service personnel upon release of the reward item/s.

• Robinsons Department Store representative will issue the Php 300, Php 400 or Php 500 Gift Certificate to the customer. The gift certificate can be used in Robinsons Department Store and its affiliate businesses under the Robinsons Retail Group.

5. Offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made. 

6. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.   

7. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other service.

Terms and Conditions

a. The SIP Real 0% instalment term sand monthly add-on interest terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 3,000 or higher.

b. The terms may be available for select items only. 

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval. 

d. Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features:

Up to 100% BONUS MADNESS LIMIT for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full. 

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method 

e.1. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing. 

e.2. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing.

4. To qualify for the Program, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant. 

5. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant. 

6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.
