1. Access to Online Services
1.1 Bank of the Philippine Islands shall provide instructions on how to use the online services of bpipersonalloans.com. Access is available to existing and non-existing clients with the use of an internet enabled computer.

1.2 Tools and services of bpipersonalloans.com may be may be accessed seven (7) days a week, twenty four (24) hours a day. However, at certain times, some or all of the bpipersonalloans.com services may not be available due to system maintenance or unexpected downtime.

Information submitted and initiated for processing through bpipersonalloans.com (such as but not limited to a loan application or request for loan account information) outside the standard business hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) or during system downtime will be processed the next banking day.

Our banking days are Monday through Friday, except on declared national, local, and special non-working holidays.

2. Other Services
Clients will be notified from time to time of the new services introduced by Bank of the Philippine Islands for bpipersonalloans.com.

3. Other Agreements
3.1 The Bank and other members of the BPI Group of Companies as well as any of their directors, officers and representatives are free and harmless, as well as indemnified, from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, suits of whatever nature, arising out of or in connection with the implementation of this arrangement, including any and all errors inadvertently committed, or any computer-related errors resulting to the Bank's failure process the requests that is undertaken via bpipersonalloans.com. The Bank will not be liable for any losses, resulting from circumstances over which the Bank has no direct control, including, but not limited to, the failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines or other interconnect problems, severe weather, earthquakes, floods or other similar events.

3.2 This arrangement shall be governed by all applicable rules and regulations of the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

3.3 The Bank may in the future impose charges on this arrangement within legal and regulatory limits.

4. Other Affiliate BPI Internet-based Services
4.1 The tools and services of bpipersonalloans.com have or shall have other affiliate BPI INTERNET-BASED SERVICES.

4.2 Availing and use of such other affiliate BPI INTERNET-BASED SERVICES is governed by the respective terms and conditions of the specific internet-based service availed.

The maximum annual contractual rate (ACR) is 25.60%. Flexible loan term options from 12 to 36 months. A minimal one-time processing fee of Php 1,500 will be deducted from the loan proceeds. Example: A loan amounting to Php 20,000 with a term of 12 months will pay Php 22,884, inclusive of interest. The estimated monthly amortization is Php 1,907 with ACR of 25.60%. Compute for your loan here.
