Wildflour Group Promo

1. The Promo is open to cardholders of BPI Signature Card whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. Promo Period is from July 1, 2024 to August 15, 2024.

3. BPI Signature Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:

4. To qualify for the discount/offer, the Cardholder must use his or her BPI Signature Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

5. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount.

7. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

Terms and conditions

Wildflour Hospitality Group (Wildflour Restaurant, Wildflour Café + Bakery, George and Onnie's, Little Flour Café, Wildflour Italian, Pink’s Burgers & Hotdogs, Pizza Sisters, Hotel Bar, Village Bar, Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain, and Wildflour To-Go)

a. Promo is valid for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 5,000 at Wildflour Restaurant, Wildflour Cafe + Bakery, Wildflour Italian, and Wildflour To-Go (delivery transactions via direct message through Instagram and Facebook);

b. Promo is valid for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 3,000 at George and Onnie's, Little Flour Café, Pink’s Burgers & Hotdogs, Pizza Sisters, Hotel Bar, Village Bar and Wildflour To-Go (delivery transactions via direct message through Instagram and Facebook);

c. Promo is valid for all Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain stores, with spend requirement dependent on the restaurant brand it is located in. Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain stores are currently located in Wildflour Restaurant, Wildflour Cafe + Bakery, and George and Onnie’s locations.

d. Promo is valid for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 5,000 for delivery transactions via the Wildflour PH App and Website (wildflourtogo.com) for Wildflour Restaurant, Wildflour Cafe + Bakery, Wildflour Italian, Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain, George and Onnie's, Little Flour Café, Pink’s Burgers & Hotdogs, Pizza Sisters, Hotel Bar, Village Bar;

e. BPI Signature Cardholders are entitled to a maximum discount of Php 5,000 per single-receipt spend exclusive of service charge, delivery fees, takeaway fees, and all prevailing local taxes at Merchant;

f. The offer is valid for dine-in only from Monday to Sunday; There are no black out dates during the Promo Period

g. The offer is not valid for take-out and pick up;

h. The offer is valid for delivery (via direct message to Wildflour To-Go Instagram and Facebook, Wildflour To-Go PH App, and Wwebsite - wildflourtogo.com only) from Monday to Sunday;

i. Promo Mechanics for all delivery orders via wildflourtogo.com or Wildflour PH App:

i. Cardholder to accomplish an online promo sign-up sheet

ii. To-Go to validate entry and send unique code via e-mail within 24 hours

iii. Customer to apply code during order process

iv. To-Go to check validity of transaction

v. To-Go/Branch to send order confirmation & dispatch updates to customer

i. Promo Mechanics for all delivery orders via direct message to Wildflour To-Go Instagram or Facebook:

i. To-Go to ask if cardholder has a Wildflour Loyalty card and BPI Signature Card

ii. If yes on latter, inform customer of promo mechanics.

iii. To-Go to ask for the following:

- Cardholder’s Full Name

- First 7 card numbers

- Last 4 card numbers

- Photo of valid ID for verification

iv. Proceed with ordering process.

v. To-Go to send payment link with 50% discount applied.

vi. Customer to input card details & proceed with payment.

vii. To-Go to confirm validity of transaction.

viii. To-Go to confirm order & dispatch with chosen branch.

ix. To-Go/Branch to send order confirmation & dispatch updates to customer.

j. Wildflour orders placed via third-party delivery platforms such as GrabFood and Foodpanda are not valid for the promo.

k. Only one (1) transaction per cardholder per table for dine-in and delivery order;

l. The Cardholder must present a qualified BPI Signature Card before ordering in the restaurant;

m. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

n. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing transactions into multiple transactions to avail of multiple discounts

8. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

9. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

10. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

11. In case of dispute in respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

12. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
