‘Tis the season for good VYBEs with Toy Kingdom

1. This promo is open to all existing clients of VYBE who will join the Toy Kingdom Christmas Toy Fair on December 17, 2025 to December 21, 2025 at the SMX Mall of Asia, Hall 4.

2. Clients who download the VYBE app and sign up can get a free VYBE J-handle umbrella, which can be claimed at the VYBE acquisition booth. They must have registered mobile numbers.

3. For a single-receipt purchase of PHP 500 by scanning via QR Ph using VYBE, clients are entitled to get a free VYBE shopping bag. This can be claimed at the VYBE acquisition booth by showing the transaction confirmation to the staff. The transaction confirmation is shown in the VYBE app after a successful payment transaction.

4. The offer is limited to one VYBE-registered mobile number per single-receipt transaction. In the case that the customer splits the transaction into two, they can only receive one (1) bag.

5. All promotions are only valid in isolation, not in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers. In the event that there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount, or voucher, whichever the customer deems most appropriate.

6. BPI and DTI reserve the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/vouchers for abuse, falsification, fraud, and gamification. All questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by BPI.

7. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
