Spend Now, Get Your Next Cashback Promo

Earn PHP 500 cashback when you use your BPI Credit Card with a minimum aggregate spend of PHP 20,000 through BPI’s Spend Now, Get Your Next Cashback Promo (“the Promo”).

General Policies

1 These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for holders of the following BPI Credit Cards (“Participating Cards"), subject to the eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder:

• BPI Blue Mastercard (or BPI Rewards Card)
• BPI Edge Mastercard (or BPI Edge Card)
• BPI Gold Mastercard (or BPI Gold Rewards Card)
• BPI Petron Mastercard (or Petron BPI Card)
• BPI Platinum Rewards Mastercard (or BPI Platinum Card)
• BPI Corporate Mastercard (or BPI Corporate Card)
• BPI eCredit Card
• BPI Amore Cashback Card
• BPI Amore Platinum Cashback Card
• BPI VISA Signature Card (or BPI Signature Card)

2. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of the BPI Express Credit Card/BPI Credit Card, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.

Eligibiity and Participation

1.  The Promo, which shall run from September 20, 2025 to October 20, 2025 (the “Promo Period”), shall be open to holders of the Participating Cards who (“Eligible Clients”):

• receive a notification from BPI informing them of their eligibility to join the Promo. The notification will be sent to the Eligible Clients via Viber and e-mail using their contact details registered in the BPI credit card system, as well as through direct notification within the BPI app;
• use their Participating Card and accumulate a minimum aggregate spend of Php20,000 within the Promo Period.

2. Eligible Clients will receive the instant cash credit as follows:

• On or before September 20, 2025, Eligible Clients will receive a notification from BPI informing them of their eligibility to join the Promo, with instructions that to earn the cashback, they must use their Participating Card and accumulate a minimum aggregate spend of Php20,000 within the Promo Period. For Eligible Clients who are holders of more than one (1) Participating Card, the cashback will be earned only by using the Participating Card, the last four (4) digits of which were specified in the Promo notifications.
• On or before November 07, 2025, Eligible Clients will receive the cashback, which will be posted on their Participating Card’s Statement of Account. Likewise, they will receive a notification via Viber and e-mail of the cashback crediting.

Cashback

Eligible Clients will receive Php500 cashback if they spend a minimum amount of Php20,000 within the Promo Period.

For Eligible Clients who are holders of more than one (1) Participating Card, the cashback will be earned only by using the Participating Card, the last four (4) digits of which were specified in the Promo notifications.

Terms and Conditions

1. The cashback offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The offer is non-transferable and may only be availed of by the Eligible Client.

2. BPI will be sending all notices including the cashback notification via Viber, e-mail, and direct in-app notification to the Eligible Clients’ registered mobile number or email address in BPI Credit Cards’ system records. It is the responsibility of the Principal Cardholder to update his/her information in BPI Credit Cards’ system records by calling BPI Contact Center at 889-10000 or by visiting the nearest BPI branch.

3. In case of dispute in respect of BPI and the Eligible Client’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. In case of dispute in respect of the purchases and/or services offered by the eligible partner merchants, the decision of the eligible partner merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process without prejudice to any other remedies as provided under applicable laws and subject to the prescription period prescribed under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

4. BPI reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo upon prior approval of DTI.

5. Terms and Conditions governing the use of the BPI Express Credit Card/BPI Credit Card, BPI Debit Regular Savings Account, BPI Online and BPI Mobile App, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo. 

6. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.  

7. BPI shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the instant cash credit. 

8. BPI employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.

9. The following transactions are excluded from this promo:

a. Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like; mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GrabPay, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Coins.ph, and the like) such as:

• POI Funding Transactions
• Member Financial Inst-Merchandise and Services

b. Business transactions such as but not limited to:

• Direct or multi-level marketing, as well as from merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution
• Payment services
• Professional services.

c. Transactions from casino/gambling, money transfers, quasi cash financial institution, political organizations and bail & bond payment such as:

• Bail & Bond Payments
• Betting (Including Lottery Tickets, Chips)
• Government Owned Lottery
• Internet Gambling
• Government Licensed Horse/Dog Racing
• Wire Transfer Money Orders
• Quasi Cash-Member Financial Inst.
• Quasi Cash-Merchant
• Organizations, Political
