1. This promo is open to all existing clients of VYBE and Bonchon.  

2. Bonchon clients who are not VYBE users are qualified to join if they download the app and sign up. Clients must have registered mobile numbers.  

3. To join, clients must use VYBE to pay for their over-the-counter, dine-in, or take-out purchases by scanning the QR Ph code at participating Bonchon stores nationwide.

4. For a minimum of P299 single-receipt purchase using VYBE, clients are entitled to receive either of the freebies below, subject to availability:  

• 1 Large Krispy Fries 
• 4 Pcs. Crispy Mandu 

5. To claim the freebie, clients need to show the transaction confirmation to the cashier immediately upon purchase. The transaction confirmation is shown in the VYBE app after a successful payment transaction.   

6. The offer is limited to one VYBE-registered mobile number per transaction. However, multiple transactions and redemptions can be made within the promo duration. 

7. The offer is valid in any participating Bonchon store nationwide from September 15, 2025 to December 15, 2025. 

8. All promotions are only valid in isolation, not in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers. In the event that there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount, or voucher, whichever the customer deems most appropriate. 

9. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
