1. Open to all new Remitter abroad accountholders (REFERRER) who requested for Pamana Padala account opening facilitation from July 15, 2025 to December 29, 2025 at any BPI Remittance Center.

2. Referrer must encourage their Beneficiary to open a Padala Moneyger. Beneficiary who successfully opened the Padala Moneyger account within the referral period and enroll in BPI app shall qualify as REFERRALS.

3. The referred beneficiary may open a Padala Moneyger account before the Referrer completes their Pamana Padala account setup, as long as it falls within the promo period. This flexibility is allowed since processing the Referrer’s Pamana Padala account may take time.

4. Referral period shall be from July 15, 2025 to December 29, 2025.

5. Once the REFERRAL has successfully opened the account and enrolled in BPI app, REFERRAL must provide his/her details to his/her REFERRER. REFERRER shall then register both their details via this link to earn three (3) raffle entries.

6. Upon successful submission, an acknowledgment page shall be displayed.

7. There will be five (5) monthly draws during the referral period scheduled on the following dates:

8. A REFERRAL shall be drawn during the scheduled draw date. All verified entries will be processed through random.org. which will determine the winners. The drawn REFERRAL and his/her corresponding REFERRER shall be declared the winners. There will be 1 winning REFERRER – REFERRAL pair per draw date. 

9. Draw shall be witnessed by a DTI representative.

10. Both REFERRER and REFERRAL may win more than once. A REFERRAL may earn additional raffle entries for more chances of winning.

11. In case a REFERRAL’s average daily balance or product availment during a cut-off results in the decrease of his/her raffle entries, BPI shall honor the highest raffle entries earned by the REFERRAL.

12. The winning REFERRER and REFERRAL shall each receive a tax-free cash prize of Php25,000 credited to their active BPI account within thirty (30) banking days upon validation of account number and winner’s credentials. BPI shall shoulder the prize tax of the winners. The prize may be redeemed within sixty (60) days from receipt of the official notification.

13. Winners shall be notified via their registered email address and contacted via SMS. Winners may also be posted on the BPI website. A registered mail shall also be sent to the winning customers.

14. All registrations from start of promo period until end of promo shall remain qualified unless drawn.

15. All employees of BPI and Robinsons Bank and their affiliates including their relative up to second level of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.

1. BPI shall not be held liable for any impediment beyond BPI’s control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, inclement weather conditions, or any local-government restrictions, which may cause the delay of the raffle and / or the crediting of the cash prize.

2. BPI reserves the right to refuse honoring the winner if the account opening was found sourced through fraudulent, illegal or any activity inconsistent with the law.

3. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

4. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the promo.

5. By participating in this promo, the customer agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to:

i. Provide information of the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of electronic raffle draws.

ii. Collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, for marketing purposes related to this promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

iii. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to his/her name, mobile number, e-mail address and current location. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of the identified winners, including his/her name, for marketing purposes related to this promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

6. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
