Masaya Ang Eat Pizza Time Promo

1. This promo is open to all existing clients of VYBE and Scottland Food Group (Eat Pizza).

2. Eat Pizza clients who are not VYBE users are qualified to join if they download the app and sign up. Clients must have registered mobile numbers.

3. To join, clients must use VYBE to pay for their over-the-counter, dine-in, or take-out purchases at the newly opened Eat Pizza stores by scanning the QR code. Below are the promo schedules:

• SM City Fairview - September 25, 2025 to October 9, 2025
• SM City Marilao - September 29, 2025 to October 14, 2025
• Each upcoming store opening to be finalized
• 2-week promo period a day after the grand opening for other upcoming store openings for the rest of the year until December 31, 2025

4. For a minimum of PHP 199 single-receipt purchase using VYBE, clients are entitled to receive any of the freebies below:

• 1 Classic Cheese Pizza, ala carte
• 1 Sweet Milk Pizza, ala carte

5. To claim the freebie, clients need to show the transaction confirmation to the cashier immediately upon payment and on the day the purchase is made. The transaction confirmation is shown in the VYBE app after a successful payment.

6. The offer is limited to one VYBE-registered mobile number per transaction. No splitting of transaction amount to get more than one freebie on the same day. However, multiple transactions and redemptions can be made within the promo duration provided clients adhere to item no. 4.

7. The offer is valid only at new Eat Pizza stores from September 25, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

8. All promotions are only valid in isolation, not in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers. In the event that there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount, or voucher, whichever the customer deems most appropriate.

9. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
