1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI account holders enrolled in BPI Online.
2. On the BPI eGov platform, BPI account holders must pay an ECPay biller and make their first transaction for the month every 15th from February 15, 2026 until December 15, 2026. Eligible ECPay billers are the following:
- SSS
- Pag-ibig
- LTO
- NBI
- NSO
- DFA
- TIEZA
- PEZA
- MARINA
3. For a minimum single bill payment of PHP 1,000, the client will receive a cashback of PHP 20 to be credited to the client's BPI account used as source of payment. Combining transactions (ex. PHP 500 for SSS and PHP 500 for Pag-ibig) to qualify for the promo is not allowed.
4. Cashback is only granted once per month and will be received after 7 to 10 banking days from the date of transaction.
5. The promo can be availed multiple times during the promo period.
6. This promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion unless otherwise specified.
7. Qualified BPI account holders are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and ECPay. All questions or disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by ECPay.
8. By participating in the promo, the BPI account holder authorizes the bank and ECPay to share their relevant information (including personal information) with suppliers or merchants/partners for purposes of the redemption/crediting of the cashback.
9. BPI and DTI reserve the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/vouchers for abuse, falsification, fraud, and gamification. All questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by BPI.
10. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
