Mechanics

1. Open to all New-to-Bank (NTB) beneficiary* customers who will open any BPI deposit account (excluding digital deposit accounts) from February 2, 2026 up to December 29, 2026 (the “Promo Period”) through any BPI branch and maintain the minimum average daily balance (ADB) of Twenty Thousand Pesos (PHP 20,000).

2. Customer must register his/her consent to join the promo in any BPI branch. Customer may initiate the registration or thru the assistance of a branch personnel via this link.

3. A registration shall be tagged as valid if the customer has met the eligibility requirements mentioned above and reiterated below: 

• Customer is new-to-bank 
• Customer opened any BPI deposit account (excluding digital deposit accounts) within the Promo Period 
• Customer is tagged as beneficiary; and 
• Customer maintains an average daily balance (ADB) of at least Twenty Thousand Pesos (PHP 20,000)

4. Customer must register within the promo period or simultaneous with account opening. 

5. Customer with a valid registration shall earn one (1) raffle entry and can earn additional raffle entries for every PHP 1,000 ADB in excess of the minimum PHP 20,000 CASA ADB requirement. 

6. Raffle entries shall refresh after every draw date. 

7. There will be one (1) winner per quarter who shall be determined via raffle draw on the following dates:  

8. Each raffle draw shall be witnessed by a DTI representative.  

9. The raffle shall utilize random.org to determine the winner.  

10. Drawn winner shall be entitled to receive up to PHP 1M, tax-free, based on the following depositor tier: 

11. A customer may only win once for the duration of the promotion. 

12. The prize shall be credited to the customer’s deposit account within sixty (60) banking days from raffle draw. BPI shall shoulder applicable taxes. 

13. Winner shall be notified via registered mail, EDM, In App or SMS. Registered mail shall be sent to the winning customer’s Philippine address. 

14. All employees of BPI and Robinsons Bank and their affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. 

*Beneficiary shall be defined as any person/individual who receives at least four (4) remittances/transfers from a person abroad.

1. BPI shall not be held liable for any impediment beyond the Bank’s control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, inclement weather conditions, or any local-government restrictions, which may cause the delay of the raffle and/or the crediting of the cash prize. 

2. BPI reserves the right to refuse to honor the winner if the account opening is found to have been sourced through fraudulent, illegal or any activity inconsistent with the law.  

3. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law. 

4. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, stockholders, officers and employees shall not be liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless from any and all loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants resulting from their participation in the Promo and receipt of the prize, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI. 

5. By participating in this promo, the customer: 

• Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to provide information of the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of electronic raffle draws. 
• Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to his/her name, mobile number, e-mail address and current location. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of the identified winners, including his/her name, for marketing purposes related to this promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases. 

6. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
