Important reminders

1. The available payout options for Planholders/claimants are:

a. Automatic credit to Planholder's personal peso account. (Crediting to another individual’s account is not allowed.)

b. Cash pickup at any BPI branch. A reference number will be sent to the mobile number upon approval of claim.

2. Ayala Plans reserves the right to request additional documents as may be needed to process the request especially for Planholders or claimants with discrepancy/ies in their personal information versus the records with Ayala Plans or with the Bank. (Inform us ahead should there be a need to update your records such as change of name from maiden to married, correction of date of birth, etc.)

3. A re-processing fee of Php 200.00 (subject to change) will be required for clients who fail to claim their proceeds at the branch 90 calendar days after approval and will re-file for claim at a later date. (Applicable to those who chose ‘cash pickup’ as payout option.)

4. Transactions that can be sent to our email address: customerservice@ayalaplans.com.ph 

a. All inquiries. Please indicate your full name and plan number.

b. Requirements for claim with less than Php 250,000.00 amount (excluding those abroad, those that cannot physically sign and for death claim and other exception cases as determined by Ayala Plans).

5. Requirements not covered by 4.b above are to be sent by mail to our office address:
