If you have a Robinsons Bank account that has not yet been integrated with BPI and you are enrolled in Rbank Digital Online Banking, you can continue to enjoy the convenience of transacting through your RBank Digital Online Banking access.
Once your Robinsons Bank account is integrated with BPI with a new BPI account number, please note the following changes:
- If you are not an existing BPI account holder, please enroll in BPI Online using your new account number starting on the effective date that is indicated in the notification that will be sent to you regarding the integration of your account. Simply download the BPI app and you will be guided throughout the enrollment process. You may also refer to the guide webpage for instructions.
- If you are an existing BPI account holder and are currently enrolled in BPI online, depending on the type of account, your new account number will be automatically added under My Accounts when you log in to BPI online or BPI app.
Since your account has been updated, you can no longer view your old account number and transaction history in RBank Digital. But if you have other accounts that are awaiting integration with BPI, you may continue to access your RB Digital online account for the other Robinsons Bank accounts.
