To get updates on your new BPI account details, you may call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center below and press Option 8 for our self-service facility.
You will need to enter your old BPI Family Savings Bank account number and your birthday to hear your new account number, new branch of account, and effective date of the change.
For BPI Online enrolled clients, you may log in to our Help & Support website to know the latest updates on your account.
For Business Banking customers, you may reach out to your Business Relationship Manager or your Branch of Account.
