We will undergo a scheduled systems maintenance activity from May 1, 2021 (Saturday), 11:00 PM, to May 2, 2021 (Sunday), 7:00 AM.
During this time, the following BPI Debit Mastercard services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Transactions via BPI ATMs, Cash Acceptance Machines (CAMs), point-of-sale (POS) machines, other banks’ ATMs and POS machines
- Online e-commerce transactions
- Card Control services via BPI Online and Mobile app (adjusting withdrawal or purchase limits, enabling or disabling international or e-commerce access, and temporary or permanent card blocking)
- Password reset using Debit Card
- Activation of "Update Mobile Number" via BPI Mobile app
Our BPI Debit EMV Cirrus Card (Red and Gold), Credit Card, and Prepaid Card services will remain accessible.
