Your Amore Cashback Card may inadvertently require a PIN when purchasing at certain stores. For your convenience, we will replace your Amore Cashback Card free of charge. The replacement card should address the PIN requirement of your current Amore Cashback Card.
Please be informed that we will be replacing your Amore Cashback Card free of charge. This is to avoid instances where your card may require a PIN for purchases at certain stores.
Kindly note the process and changes to be applied in replacing your card:
We will create and deliver a new Amore Cashback Card for you and your supplementary (if any) within the next 2 months. Upon receiving the card, please activate it immediately. Your old Amore Cashback Card will only be cancelled upon activation of your new Amore Cashback Card.
- Your new Amore Cashback Card will have a new card number
- If you are enrolled in Meralco via BPI Autocharge, your enrollment will be transferred to your new Amore Cashback Card upon activation. If you are enrolled in automatic payments of other merchants, you will need to coordinate with the merchant to transfer your enrollments.
