We will undergo a scheduled systems maintenance activity from September 18 (Friday), 10:00 PM, to September 19 (Saturday), 11:59 PM.
During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Online banking
- Mobile app
- BizLink platform
- ATMs and CAMs
- Debit card services
- Branch banking (September 19 to 20)
Our credit card and prepaid card services will remain available.
Please plan accordingly and perform your urgent transactions (bills and loan payments, fund transfers, CAM deposits, and ATM withdrawals) before the weekend.

- Withdrawals via non-BPI ATMs, subject to ATM usage fees.
BPI Credit Cards
- In-store and online purchases
- Cash Advance via non-BPI ATMs. This will be subject to Cash Advance and other applicable fees.
