Starting December 1, 2026, Cebuana Lhuillier will no longer be available on the BPI to Cash platform as a payout partner. Please take note of the following:
- Cebuana Lhuillier payout services via BPI to Cash will remain available until November 30, 2026. BPI clients can choose Cebuana Lhuillier as a payout partner when they send money until 9:59 PM of November 30.
- Funds may be claimed at any Cebuana Lhuillier branch until December 31, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Unclaimed funds after the 30-day claim period will be credited back to the sender’s BPI account.
For your convenience, you may continue to use BPI to Cash to send money across the Philippines through these payout partners:
- Palawan Pawnshop
- M Lhuillier
- LBC
- RD Pawnshop
Here's how:
1. On the BPI app login page, tap 'More Services' > 'BPI to Cash'.
2. Select the payout partner, enter the necessary details, then tap 'Next'.
3. Enter your BPI online username and password to securely proceed.
