We are happy to share that we have completed the integration of BPI Family Savings Bank (BFSB) with BPI. As such, we would like to remind you of the deadline for the use and acceptance of BFSB checks.
BFSB checks will be honored until December 31, 2023 only. For your convenience, BFSB checks dated on or before December 31, 2023 may be presented for clearing or encashment until January 12, 2024. BFSB checks dated January 1, 2024 onwards will no longer be accepted and will need to be replaced with BPI checks. You may order your new BPI checkbook via the BPI mobile app or BPI online.

1. How do I know if my check is a BFSB check?
A BFSB check carries the BFSB logo at the lower left portion of the check.

3. How do I request for my new BPI checkbook?
You may request your new BPI checkbook conveniently through our BPI Online or BPI Mobile App by following these easy steps:
a. Log-in to your BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
b. Go to Online Banking > Other Services.
c. Select Reorder Checkbook.
d. Select your checking account number and the number of checkbooks you would like to order.
4. How much is the checkbook requisition fee?
The checkbook requisition fee is Php 250 for individual clients and Php 500 for corporate clients. A personal checkbook contains 50 checks while a corporate checkbook contains 100 checks.
5. I have issued post-dated BFSB checks (PDCs) dated 2024 and onwards. What should I do?
You will need to replace the post-dated BFSB checks with your BPI checks.
