Advisory: BPI Systems Compliance Activities on April 2, 2026 to April 5, 2026

We will undergo systems compliance maintenance activities on the following dates and times:

• April 2, 2026 (Thursday), 11:00 PM to April 3, 2026 (Friday), 10:00 AM
• April 4, 2026 (Saturday), 11:00 PM to April 5, 2026 (Sunday), 10:00 AM

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Channels:
  • ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs)
  • BPI online and the BPI app
  • BPI BizLink
  • BPI BizKo
• BPI Debit Cards
• BPI Credit Cards for BPI Flexipay and cash advance transactions
• BPI services using BPI online credentials in partner websites and apps
• Interbank funds transfer (InstaPay and PESONet), cash-in and payments to and from BPI
• VYBE sign-ups, cash-ins, scan to pay, cardless withdrawal, and send to bank services
• BPI Phone Banking Self-service Facility
• May BPI Dito Partner Store Transactions (BPI Partner Portal Deposit and Withdrawal, BPI Person to Merchant One QR and Scan for Cash, BPI UniQR Deposit Account Opening and other Product Applications, BPI Lazada Product Applications, and BPI Salary On-Demand)

BPI Credit Cards will remain available for in-store and online straight purchases, though access may be intermittent. Additionally, VYBE will be accessible to send money to other VYBE e-wallet accounts, pay bills, and buy load. 

All BPI clients who plan to use BPI ATMs and CAMs, BPI app, BPI online, BPI online credentials in partner apps and websites, BPI Debit Cards, BPI Credit Cards, BPI Phone Banking Self-service Facility, BPI BizKo, BPI BizLink, VYBE e-wallet, and transact with May BPI Dito partner stores. 

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the systems compliance activities as all branches will be closed during the activity period, in observance of Holy Week.

During this activity, the following card services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Debit Cards for in-store and e-commerce transactions, local and international withdrawals, including Card Control services for BPI Debit Mastercard.
• BPI Credit Cards for BPI Flexipay and cash advance transactions

Kindly pay your bills ahead of the systems compliance maintenance activities to avoid possible penalties and charges. However, the pay bills feature of the VYBE e-wallet will remain available during the activity.

Your scheduled BPI ADA transactions that fall within the duration of the systems compliance maintenance activities will be processed after the said activities on Monday, April 6, 2026.

No. Kindly plan ahead and make your cash withdrawals at any time before April 2, 2026 (Thursday), 11:00 PM or after April 3, 2026 (Friday), 10:00 AM and before April 4, 2026 (Saturday), 11:00 PM or after April 5, 2026 (Sunday), 10:00 AM.

All BPI Debit Card services, including international withdrawals using BPI Debit Cards, will be unavailable during the systems compliance maintenance activities. International cash advances using BPI Credit Cards will also be unavailable.

No. We recommend that you do your transactions prior to or after the scheduled compliance maintenance activities. Your card issuer may charge fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.

• We encourage you to plan accordingly and do your urgent transactions (CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, BPI app and BPI online transactions) before the systems compliance maintenance activities.
• You may also use your BPI Credit Card for in-store and online straight purchases, though access may be intermittent.

Since the activity will start on a holiday, April 2, 2026 (Thursday), and expected to be finished on April 5, 2026 (Sunday), when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected. However, please ensure that your checking accounts are sufficiently funded.

• From April 2, 2026 (Thursday), 11:00 PM to April 3, 2026 (Friday), 10:00 AM and from April 4, 2026 (Saturday), 11:00 PM to April 5, 2026 (Sunday), 10:00 AM, BizLink facilities will not be accessible, and transactions will not be processed.
• Clients should reschedule, re-upload and approve their scheduled transactions once the system becomes available.
• Pay Employees Batch transactions scheduled during the activity will take effect as usual.

Your transaction history will be updated right after the completion of the systems compliance maintenance activities.
