Advisory: Introduction of PAYMAYA ADD MONEY RELOAD FEE for BPI Credit Cards

Yes, you can use your BPI Credit Card to reload your Maya E-Wallet.

Disclaimer: Reloading of Maya E-wallet is not available for BPI Free+ Card and Omni Card. Once these services become available, BPI will notify the Cardholder through any of the communication channels provided under Section 22 of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, and relevant provisions of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions (as well as other applicable terms and conditions) relating to these functionalities shall apply.

Reloading of Maya E-Wallet using a BPI Credit Card will incur a non-reversible, non-waivable transaction fee based on reloading transaction amount:

The fee will be posted within 60 banking days following the transaction date.

You can reload your Maya E-Wallet using your BPI Credit Card only once (1x) per day.

• Minimum amount: Php 1,000
• Maximum amount: Php 10,000

PAYMAYA ADD MONEY RELOAD FEE - This will be reflected within 60 banking days from the date of your reloading transaction.

Sample Scenario 1:

Cardholder's Cut-Off Date: August 28

Reloading Transaction Amount: Php 5,000

Transaction Date for Reloading Maya E-Wallet: August 16

To be reflected in August 28 SOA - Php 5,200 (since Maya imposes a Php 200 cash-in fee for all cash-ins via credit card)

Posting date of PAYMAYA ADD MONEY RELOAD FEE (Php 400): within October 28-November 28 SOA

Sample Scenario 2:

Cardholder's Cut-Off Date: August 28

Reloading Transaction Amount: Php 3,000

Transaction Date for Reloading Maya E-Wallet: August 16

To be reflected in August 28 SOA - Php 3,200 (since Maya imposes a Php 200 cash-in fee for all cash-ins via credit card)

Posting date of PAYMAYA ADD MONEY RELOAD FEE (Php 150): within October 28-November 28 SOA

Yes, you can use your BPI Credit Card to reload other e-wallets like GrabPay or Lalamove.
