Advisory: BPI Systems Maintenance on October 26, 2025

We will undergo a systems maintenance activity on the following date and time:

• October 26, 2025 (Sunday), 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Please take note of the services that will be temporarily unavailable and those that will remain available during this period:

Temporarily Unavailable Services:

• BPI ATMs (using BPI and non-BPI Cards)
• Cash Accept Machines (CAMs)
• Transaction using BPI debit cards
• Cash advance transactions via BPI ATMs using BPI credit cards 

Available Services:

• BPI app, BPI online, VYBE
• BPI Credit Cards for in-store and online purchases, and cash advance via other banks’ ATMs
• BPI app, BPI online, and VYBE to pay bills, load prepaid cards and phones, e-wallets, and fund transfers (including interbank fund transfers via InstaPay and PESONet)
• BPI app and VYBE to pay via QR Ph
• Subscription, redemption, and viewing of trust and investment transactions will remain available in BPI online and the BPI app.

Clients with BPI Debit Cards, and those who plan to use BPI ATMs and Cash Accept Machines, and BPI Credit Cards for cash advance using BPI ATMs.

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the systems maintenance activity. For your branch visit, you may check our branch schedule on our website.

All transactions using BPI Debit - Cirrus (Red and Gold) cards will also be unavailable. 

• Transactions via BPI ATMs, Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), point-of-sale (POS) machines, and other banks’ ATMs and POS machines
• E-Commerce transactions
• Activation of Mobile Number Update via BPI app

All transactions using BPI Debit - Cirrus (Red and Gold) cards will also be unavailable.

Yes, BPI Credit Card services will be available. But note that cash advance via BPI ATMs will be unavailable on October 26, 2025, 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

We encourage you to pay your bills ahead of the system maintenance activity to avoid possible penalties and charges. 

Alternatively, you may also use your BPI Credit Cards, BPI app, BPI online, and VYBE to pay bills. 

• BPI app and VYBE pay via QR Ph 
• BPI app and VYBE cardless withdrawal at BPI VYBE ATMs and select Euronet ATMs.

No. Your payments enrolled in BPI ADA will still proceed as scheduled even if they fall on October 26, 2025. Please make sure that your accounts are sufficiently funded. 

No. Kindly plan ahead and make your cash withdrawals at any time before 12:00 AM or after 12:00 PM on October 26, 2025 (Sunday).

Yes, you may use your non-BPI card to transact at BPI ATMs before the scheduled activity. However, this service will be unavailable on October 26, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please note that your bank issuer may charge additional fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.

Cash options on October 26, 2025:

• You may use your BPI Credit Card for cash advance via other banks’ ATM. You will need your credit card PIN (CCPIN) to activate the Cash Advance feature. This will be subject to cash advance fee and other service fees.
• BPI app, BPI online and VYBE fund transfers (including interbank fund transfers via InstaPay and PESONet)
• BPI app and VYBE cardless withdrawal at BPI VYBE ATMs and select Euronet ATMs (Visit the BPI website, search "BPI Euronet ATMs" then click "Locate a BPI x Euronet ATM").

Payment options on October 26, 2025: 

• You may use your BPI Credit Card for in-store and online purchases.
• BPI app, BPI online and VYBE to pay bills, load prepaid phones, and e-wallets
• BPI app and VYBE to pay QR Ph merchants

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your transactions or withdraw cash prior to the maintenance activity. 

Since the activity will start on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 12:00 AM, and expected to be finished by 12:00 PM of the same day, when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected. However, please ensure that your checking accounts are sufficiently funded.

Your transaction history will be updated right after the completion of the systems maintenance activity.
