Advisory: BPI Systems Maintenance on March 8, 2026 (1:00 AM to 5:00 AM)

We will undergo systems maintenance on March 8, 2026, Sunday, from 1 AM to 5 AM.

During this short period, the following channels and services will be temporarily unavailable. 

• BPI Channels
  • BPI app and BPI online
  • VYBE e-wallet
  • BPI BizLink
  • BPI BizKo
  • BPI ATMs (for non-BPI cards transactions)
  • VYBE & Euronet ATMs
• BPI Debit Cards (except for transactions using BPI ATMs and Cash Accept Machines)
• BPI Credit Cards for BPI Flexipay and cash advance transactions using non-BPI ATMs
• BPI services using BPI online credentials in partner websites and apps
• Incoming interbank funds transfers (via InstaPay)
• May BPI Dito Partner Store Transactions (BPI Partner Portal Deposit and Withdrawal, BPI Person to Merchant One QR and Scan for Cash, BPI UniQR Deposit Account Opening and other Product Applications, BPI Lazada Product Applications, and BPI Salary On-Demand)
• BEA Chat

BPI clients who plan to use BPI BizKo, BPI BizLink, BPI Debit Cards, Credit Cards, BPI ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), VYBE & Euronet ATMs, BPI app, BPI online, BPI online credentials in partner apps and websites, VYBE e-wallet, May BPI Partner Store transactions, and BEA Chat.

During this activity, the following card services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Debit Cards for in-store and online purchases, local and international withdrawals at non-BPI, VYBE, and Euronet ATMs, and Card Control services for BPI Debit Mastercard.
• BPI Credit Cards for BPI Flexipay and cash advance transactions using non-BPI ATMs

We encourage you to pay your bills ahead of the systems maintenance activity to avoid any inconvenience. 

Your scheduled BPI ADA transactions that fall within the duration of the systems maintenance activity will be processed on the next banking day which is on Monday, March 9, 2026.

No, you will not be able to withdraw using your BPI Debit Card from non-BPI ATMs only during the maintenance activity but will continue to work in BPI ATMs located at our branches. Kindly make your cash withdrawals at any time before or after the system maintenance activities on March 8, 2026, from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM. 

No. All BPI Debit Card services, including international withdrawals, will be unavailable during the systems maintenance activity. BPI Credit Cards for international cash advances will also be unavailable.

No. We recommend completing your transactions before or after the scheduled maintenance activity. Your card issuer may charge additional fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.

Cash Options:

• You may use your BPI Debit Card for withdrawals using BPI ATMs. 
• You may use your BPI Credit Card for cash advance via BPI ATMs. You will need your credit card PIN (CCPIN) to activate the Cash Advance feature. This will be subject to cash advance fee.

Payment Options

• You may use your BPI Credit card for in-store and online purchases, though access may be intermittent. 
• VYBE will be accessible to send and request money, pay bills, and buy load.

We encourage you to plan ahead and complete urgent transactions (such as CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, BPI app and BPI online transactions) before the maintenance period.

Since the activity will happen on Sunday, March 8, 2026, when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected. However, please ensure that your checking accounts are sufficiently funded.

• From 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM on March 8, 2026, BizLink facilities will not be accessible and transactions will not be processed. 
• Clients should reschedule, re-upload and approve their scheduled transactions once the system becomes available.
• Pay Employees Batch transactions scheduled during the activity will take effect as usual.

Your transaction history will be updated right after the completion of the systems maintenance activity.
