Advisory: BPI Systems Maintenance Activity

As part of BPI’s efforts to optimize their branch network and enhance their services for a better customer experience, the bank will be conducting systems maintenance on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 1:30 AM to 8:00 AM.

During this period, the following channels and services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI channels: BPI app and BPI online, ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), and BPI BizLink*
• Transactions using BPI Debit Cards via ATMs, CAMs, POS (point-of-sale) machines, and e-commerce transactions including Pay with Google Pay
• BPI services using BPI online credentials in partner websites and apps
• Interbank funds transfer via InstaPay
• Agency Banking: May BPI Dito Partner store transactions (account opening, deposit, withdrawal), BPI Lazada product applications, PayWage BPI Salary On-Demand)
• BPI Express Phone

Meanwhile, your BPI Credit Card will remain available for in-store and online purchases and cash advances via non-BPI ATMs. You may also continue using VYBE to pay bills, buy load, and send or request money to or from another VYBE wallet.

Please plan your transactions accordingly.

*Maintenance activity for BizLink will start at 10 PM on October 23, 2026.

All customers who plan to use BPI ATMs and CAMs, BPI online and the BPI app, BPI online credentials in partner apps and websites, interbank funds transfer (InstaPay), BPI Debit Cards, BPI BizLink, VYBE app; and transact with May BPI Dito partner stores, BPI Lazada store, and BPI Salary On-Demand.

BPI Credit Cards will be available for in-store and online purchases, and cash advance via non-BPI ATMs subject to cash advance fee and other applicable fees.

• From 10 PM of October 23 to 12 PM on October 24, BizLink facilities will not be accessible and transactions will not be processed. 
• Transactions uploaded and approved prior to the system integration activities but scheduled for crediting or debiting during system integration period, with the exception of payroll batch, will not push through. If such a transaction has been scheduled, please cancel and re-upload the transaction and schedule the crediting or debiting at an earlier date and time.    
• For those with payroll planned during the system integration period, kindly reschedule your payroll transactions before 10 PM of October 23 to give your employees enough time to withdraw cash or complete their financial transactions before the start of the downtime.   
• For those with disbursement transactions (e.g., government payments, supplier payments, check cutting, etc.), kindly complete these transactions before the systems maintenance activity to avoid any delay and possible penalty charges.  
• For those with auto-debit arrangements, kindly schedule the debiting of accounts before or after the downtime and to inform your payors accordingly.    

We encourage you to pay your bills ahead of the systems maintenance activity to avoid possible penalties and charges. 

You may also use your BPI Credit Cards and VYBE to pay your bills as these will remain available. 

Your scheduled BPI ADA transactions that fall within the duration of the system integration activities will be processed on the next banking day, which is on October 26, 2026 (Monday). 

No. We encourage you to make cash withdrawals at any time before 1:30 AM or after 8:00 AM on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

No. All BPI Debit Card services, including international withdrawals, will be unavailable during the system integration activities. You may use your BPI Credit Card for international cash advances, subject to cash advance fee and other applicable fees.

To avoid any inconvenience, please withdraw cash from your BPI Debit Card account and complete your in-store and online transactions before the systems maintenance activity scheduled on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 1:30 AM to 8:00 AM.

Alternatively, you may use your BPI Credit Card for:

• In-store and online purchases
• Cash advance at any non-BPI ATMs subject to cash advance fee and other applicable fees

We encourage you to plan accordingly and do your urgent transactions (BPI CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, and BPI app and BPI online transactions) before the systems maintenance activity

No. We recommend that you do your transactions prior to or after the systems maintenance activity. Your card issuer may charge fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.

Since the systems maintenance activity will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected. However, please ensure that your checking accounts are sufficiently funded.

Your transaction history will be updated right after the completion of the systems maintenance activity.
