Please plan your transactions ahead of time. Alternatively, you may use the following:
· Your BPI Credit Cards to make in-store or online purchases
· BPI online and BPI app to pay bills, load prepaid cards and phones, and e-wallets

Which BPI Debit Mastercard services will be UNAVAILABLE during the activity?
· Transactions via BPI ATMs, Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), point-of-sale (POS) machines, and other banks’ ATMs and POS machines
· E-Commerce transactions
· Card Control services via BPI online and BPI app (adjusting withdrawal or purchase limits, enabling or disabling international and e-commerce access, and temporary or permanent card blocking)
· Online Debit Card Request via BPI online or BPI app
· Online Banking Password reset using Debit Card
· Activation of Mobile Number Update via BPI app

Will the branches be open to assist me?
We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the system maintenance activity. For your branch visit, you may visit the Contact Us page.
I may need cash on hand during the system maintenance period. When and how should I withdraw and continue to use my BPI Debit Mastercard on other transactions?
Please withdraw your cash from your BPI Debit Mastercard account and complete your POS and online transactions ahead of the system maintenance activities scheduled on July 20, 2024 (12 AM to 12 NN) and July 21, 2024 (12 AM to 12 NN) to avoid any inconvenience.
Alternatively, you may use the following:
· Your BPI Credit Cards to make in-store or online purchases
· BPI online and BPI app to pay bills, load prepaid cards and phones, and e-wallets
· BPI app to pay QR Ph merchants
I have scheduled payments through BPI Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) on those dates. Will this maintenance activity affect my BPI ADA transactions?
No. Your payments enrolled in BPI ADA will still proceed as scheduled even if they fall on July 20 or July 21. Please make sure that your accounts are sufficiently funded.
I have bills to pay during that date. When and how should I pay them?
We encourage you to pay your bills ahead of the system maintenance activity to avoid possible penalties and charges.
Alternatively, you may also use your BPI Credit Cards, BPI online, and BPI app to pay bills.
Can I withdraw using my BPI Debit Mastercard from BPI and non-BPI ATMs during the maintenance activity?
No. Kindly plan ahead and make your cash withdrawals at any time before or after the system maintenance activities on July 20, 2024 (12:00 AM to 12:00 PM) and July 21, 2024 (12:00 AM to 12:00 PM).

I have a non-BPI card (local or foreign), can I still use BPI ATMs?
Yes. You may use your non-BPI card to transact in BPI ATMs. Your bank issuer may charge fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.
If I need money, in case of an emergency, what are my options?
Cash options:
If you have a BPI Credit Card, you can do Cash Advance in BPI ATMs. You will need your PIN to activate the Cash Advance feature. This will be subject to cash advance fee and other service fees.
Payment options:
· You may use your BPI Credit Card for in-store and online purchases.
· BPI online and BPI app to pay bills, load prepaid cards and phones, and e-wallets
· BPI app to pay QR Ph merchants
