The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and retail chain Savers Depot have officially sealed their partnership to launch Savers Depot as a BPI Partner Store, bringing convenient, secure, and accessible banking services closer to more Filipinos in Visayas and Mindanao.

Through the BPI-Savers Depot partnership, customers can now complete banking transactions in-store.

Through this collaboration, Savers Depot becomes the first partner in the DIY retail store category to offer the full suite of BPI Partner Store services, including product onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, cash-outs, and the BPI OneQR payment solution. This will allow customers to enjoy seamless banking experiences while doing their usual store visits.

“BPI is grateful for this partnership as this allows us to establish our first partner in the DIY retail store category that provides product onboarding, deposit, withdrawal, cash out transactions, and BPI OneQR payment solution,” said Ritche Farinas, Head of Agency Banking Retail Sales and Partnerships, BPI.

Two Savers Depot branches—Lapu-Lapu and Ormoc—are already offering BPI products and services. Before the end of the year, five more branches are expected to go live, bringing the total to seven locations.

In addition to banking services, BPI OneQR is available at Savers Depot stores, making it one of the first BPI Partner Stores to offer the complete suite of services under BPI Agency Banking. This payment solution enables customers to simply scan and pay, supporting both convenience and the store’s growing digital readiness.

This partnership reflects BPI’s commitment to financial inclusion, community development, and customer convenience by leveraging trusted establishments to deliver secure and seamless banking services.

The partnership with Savers Depot forms part of BPI’s expanding Agency Banking footprint, which has now onboarded 32 May BPI Dito partners to date, broadening access to essential financial services in communities nationwide.

With Savers Depot now part of BPI’s growing partner store network, more Filipinos can access banking services in places they already frequent—whether in pawnshops, retail stores, or other community hubs.
