The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) continues to strengthen its leadership in supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) after BPI Business Banking was recognized as the Best SME Bank in the Philippines by four prestigious international award-giving institutions.

BPI earned its first Best SME Bank in the Philippines title from the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2025, followed by another first-time recognition as Best Small Business Banking Service in the Philippines at The Asian Banker Philippines Excellence in Retail Finance and Financial Technology Awards 2025. Reinforcing its consistent performance, BPI was also named Best SME Bank in the Philippines at the Global Finance SME Bank Awards 2026, marking its fifth win from Global Finance. In addition to these three recent awards, BPI was also named the Best SME Bank in the Philippines for the 11th time in 18 years at the Alpha Southeast Asia’s 18th Annual Best Financial Institution Awards.
