Advisory: In line with industry regulations, loading of GCash and Maya accounts on the BPI app and BPI online will be via 'Transfer to Other Banks' only from Feb. 13, 2025

Starting February 13, 2025, load your Gcash and Maya accounts via the Instapay and PESOnet interbank funds transfer facility, as “Load E-Wallet" will no longer be available for these accounts.

To load GCash and Maya, use the "Transfer to other banks" feature on the BPI app and select G-Xchange for GCash and Maya Philippines Inc/Maya Wallet for Maya.
