To ensure uninterrupted access to your banking services and seamless transaction processing, we recommend renewing your debit card at least six (6) months before its expiry date. 

 

Who Needs to Renew

  • Client with a BPI Debit Mastercard with expiration dates starting in 2026 and beyond.  
  • You can check your card’s expiry date on the front of your card "VALID THRU" (MM/YY format)

When to Renew

Clients holding a BPI Debit Mastercard scheduled to expire within the next six (6) months can initiate the renewal process free of charge.

  • Renewal Window
    • You may renew your card from six (6) months prior to its expiration date until six (6) months after the expiry date. We will send reminders via SMS, email, and push notifications to prompt you to request the renewal of your BPI Debit Mastercard.
  • Missed Renewal
    • Cards not renewed within the specified window will require a Card Replacement Request, which may be subject to applicable replacement fees*.

*PHP 200 card replacement fee will apply. 

 

How to Renew

1. Renew via Branch - Visit any branch. Request for BPI Debit Mastercard renewal and present any valid ID.  

2. Renew via 24-hour BPI Contact Center – 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 for Metro Manila or 1-800-188-89100 for domestic toll-free calls and they will help on your request.

What you Need to Prepare

1. One (1) valid Id 

2. Renewing your card is free of charge*. 

*Cards that are not renewed within the specified renewal window will require a Card Replacement Request and may incur a PHP 200 replacement fee.
