Please be advised that all BPI Prepaid Cards are now deactivated as of December 27, 2024. Alternatively, you may request to transfer the remaining load balance to your BPI deposit account or VYBE wallet by calling our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 or visiting any BPI branch.

If you haven't set up a BPI deposit account, requested for a Debit Mastercard, or signed up for VYBE to transfer the remaining load balance, you can easily do so by accessing the links:
