Please be advised that all BPI Prepaid Cards are now deactivated as of December 27, 2024. Alternatively, you may request to transfer the remaining load balance to your BPI deposit account or VYBE wallet by calling our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 or visiting any BPI branch.
If you haven't set up a BPI deposit account, requested for a Debit Mastercard, or signed up for VYBE to transfer the remaining load balance, you can easily do so by accessing the links:

How can I check my prepaid card balance?
You can still view your prepaid card balance once you log-in to your BPI app, online, or at any BPI ATM and CAM. If you do not have a BPI online or app account, you can still check your prepaid card balance in BPI online home page> Show inquiries and other services > Prepaid card balance.
Can I still load my prepaid card before it gets deactivated?
Yes, you may still reload your prepaid card before September 30, 2024, only. Please ensure to use its remaining balance on or before December 27, 2024, to avoid any inconvenience.
