Advisory: Direct cash-in transactions shift to InstaPay

Starting September 30, 2025, all direct cash-in transactions will shift to the InstaPay interbank funds transfer facility in compliance with BSP regulations. This shift will carry a charge of PHP 15 for every successful cash in. For a seamless transaction, please re-link your BPI account to your respective e-wallet app.

Alternatively, clients may use the BPI mobile app and send money directly from their BPI account to an e-wallet via InstaPay for a fee of PHP 10 only or for free for BPI Preferred, BPI Gold, and BPI Private Wealth clients.
