Please be informed that starting November 21, 2025, the BPI Rewards Points display box will no longer appear in your monthly Credit Card Statement of Account.
To view your points earned and redemptions from your BPI Credit Card and other BPI Product/s, kindly download the VYBE by BPI app and register.
Here’s a quick step-by-step guide on how to install:
1. Download it on Google Play or on the Apple App Store.
2. Follow the instructions on how to register. Make sure to use your BPI online login details when you sign up to BPI Rewards via VYBE by BPI app.
3. Log into VYBE by BPI app using the four-digit MPIN nominated during registration.
You will see the BPI Rewards icon displayed on the top right of your screen.
To review your rewards transactions, tap “BPI Rewards” then tap “View My Points History” below your Total Rewards Points balance.

Cardholders with points-earning BPI Credit Cards will be affected by this change. BPI Rewards Points-earning credit cards include:
- BPI Rewards Card
- BPI Gold Rewards Card
- BPI Platinum Rewards Card

- BPI Edge Card
- BPI eCredit Card
Cardholders with cashback-earning cards will continue to be able to view their cashback balances in the BPI Credit Card Statement of Account.
How can a Cardholder view their BPI Rewards Points balance?
To view your BPI Rewards Points balance, download the VYBE by BPI app. BPI Rewards Points earned from BPI Credit Card transactions are reflected 2-3 days after the posting date.
If you are unable to download VYBE by BPI app, you may also call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 for assistance. Please note that the available BPI Rewards Points to be provided are based on the latest system update and may not yet reflect your most recent transactions.
What else can a Cardholder do in VYBE by BPI app?
With VYBE by BPI app, a BPI Credit Cardholder can:
- View their BPI Rewards Points Balance on-demand
- Redeem e-vouchers real-time
- Redeem shopping credits and annual membership fee waivers

Will this change affect BPI Rewards Points earning from Credit Cards?
No, this change only affects the display of BPI Rewards Points on your Statement of Account. BPI Credit Cards will continue to earn BPI Rewards Points for every eligible transaction, as usual.
