As we continue to enhance your banking experience, we will undergo a scheduled systems maintenance activity from May 19, 2023 (Friday), 10:00 PM to May 20, 2023 (Saturday), 12:00 PM.
During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- BPI Channels – ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), BPI Online and BPI Mobile app, BPI BizLink*, and BPI BizKo
- BPI Debit Cards
- BPI services using BPI Online credentials in partner websites and apps, interbank funds transfer to BPI, and funding of BPI Prepaid Cards
- VYBE sign-ups and cash-ins.
You may continue to use BPI Credit Card and Prepaid Card services as these will remain available.

All BPI clients who plan to use BPI BizKo, BPI BizLink, BPI ATMs and CAMs, BPI Online credentials in partner apps and websites, BPI Debit Cards, and cash in or sign up to VYBE.
Which BPI Prepaid Card and Credit Card services will be available?
a. Funded BPI Prepaid Cards will be available for in-store and online purchases, and withdrawals via non-BPI ATMs subject to ATM usage fee.
b. BPI Credit Cards will also be available for in-store and online purchases, and Cash Advance via non-BPI ATMs subject to Cash Advance fee and other applicable fees.
Will the branches be open to assist me?
We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the systems maintenance activity. For your branch visit, you may check our branch schedule here.
I have bills to pay on these dates. When and how should I pay them?
Kindly pay your bills ahead of the systems maintenance activity to avoid possible penalties and charges. You may also pay your bills using your funded BPI Prepaid Card or BPI Credit Card.
