Important Update: Robinsons Cashback Card Enhancement and Transition Plans

Following the merger of BPI and Robinsons Bank, your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard will be rebranded to the new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa effective June 24, 2026. This new card will come with expanded cashback features and benefits.

For Robinsons Cashback Mastercard Cardholders WITHOUT an existing BPI Amore Platinum Card:

You will be issued a new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa. Any remaining balances will be transferred to your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa

For Robinsons Cashback Mastercard Cardholders WITH an existing BPI Amore Platinum Card:

Your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard remaining balances will be transferred to your existing BPI Amore Platinum Card. You may continue using your existing BPI Amore Platinum Credit Card until we have issued you a new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa.

Starting June 24, 2026, the rebranding process of your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard will begin. You will receive an email advisory regarding the complete timelines of the rebranding process.

Your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard including your supplementary card(s), (if any) will be rebranded to the new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa. With the rebranding, the following changes will be applied:

a. New Customer number and card number

1. You will be issued a new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa with a new customer number, card number, card expiry, and CVV. 

2. Upon delivery and activation of your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa, your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard will be deactivated within 2 banking days to prevent any new transactions from being charged to your old account. The blocked card must be properly disposed of by cutting it into several pieces. Ensure that the EMV chip is damaged and properly perforated to prevent any unauthorized use of the card. Don’t worry, this is part of the rebranding process. You may start using your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa for all your transactions. 

Within 90 days upon card delivery, all your balances will be transferred to your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa. Once the balances have been transferred to your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa, your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard, including your supplementary card(s) (if any) will be permanently cancelled. You will receive an advisory confirming the completion of the rebranding process. 

b. Credit limit

Your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa will have the same credit limit as your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard.

c. Monthly Due Date / Monthly Cut-Off or Statement Date

Your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa will be assigned with a new monthly cut-off or statement date and payment due date.

d. Supplementary Cards

If applicable, we will issue and deliver the same Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa for your supplementary.

e. Cashback Features 

With the new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa, you can enjoy enhanced cashback features and benefits designed to reward your everyday spending:

Robinsons Stores and Affiliate Brands: 

3% cashback on a minimum spend of PHP 3,500  

1% cashback on minimum spend of PHP 1,000

Plus, additional cashback opportunities for your everyday spend:

Other Shopping, Department Stores, and Grocery Merchants 

1% cashback on a minimum spend of PHP 1,000 

Dining, Restaurants, and Online Food Delivery 

4% cashback on a minimum spend of PHP 1,000 

Other Merchant Categories 

0.3% cashback on a minimum spend of PHP 1,000 

f. Annual Fees

• Principal Cardholders:
  • First year: Annual fee waived
  • Succeeding years: PHP 2,500
• Supplementary Cardholders:
  • First supplementary card: Annual fee waived for life
  • 2nd to 6th supplementary cards: PHP 1,250
    
    

g. Auto-Charge Payments

To ensure uninterrupted services during the rebranding, please update your payment details using your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa for recurring charges such as online shopping, ride-hailing and delivery services, streaming services, utility bills, insurance premiums, gaming and digital platforms, cloud storage and software services, memberships and other app subscriptions.

Your maximum cashback remains the same at Php 20,000 per year, just like with your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard.

What’s changing is how your cashback is computed and awarded. Previously, cashback was credited monthly. With the new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa, your cashback will now accumulate annually, and you may redeem it anytime through BPI Help & Support or by calling our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.

This means you get the same maximum earning potential, but with more flexibility because you can redeem whenever you choose.

Starting June 24, 2026, your cashback will transition from monthly crediting to a more flexible annual accumulation.

With your new Robinsons Cashback Card (Visa), your cashback will now accumulate on an annual basis, and you may redeem it anytime through BPI Help & Support or by calling our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.

You can view your available Robinsons Cashback in your Statement of Account (SOA) under “Cashback Available".

No. Your outstanding balance and/or outstanding installment will be transferred to your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa. Once transferred, you can continue paying your installments over the remaining term, just as you do today. You will still have the option to pay the minimum amount due, if applicable.

a. Enhancement

Your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard will be discontinued, and your existing BPI Amore Platinum Card will now be rebranded to the new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa effective June 24, 2026.

This enhanced card gives you access to improved cashback benefits, allowing you to earn more rewards across a broader range of everyday purchases, both within Robinsons Brands and Affiliate Stores and beyond.

Your BPI Amore Platinum credit card will be deactivated. The deactivated card must be properly disposed of by cutting it into several pieces. Ensure that the EMV chip is damaged and properly perforated to prevent any unauthorized use of the card.

You may expect to receive your new card plastic design of the Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa starting July 16, 2026 onwards. Please activate it immediately.

b. Credit Limit 

Your credit limit will be the sum of your old Robinsons Cashback Mastercard and your BPI Amore Platinum Card.

c. Supplementary Card 

If your supplementary (if any) does not have a supplementary card with BPI, we will create and deliver a new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa for him/her, free of charge.

d. Cancellation of your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard

Your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard will be deactivated by June 24, 2026 to prevent any new transactions from being charged to your old account. You may continue using your existing BPI Amore Platinum Credit Card which will already carry the enhanced cashback features starting June 24, 2026.

e. Ayala Malls perks and privileges

You will continue to enjoy the Ayala Malls benefits until you have received and activated your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa.

f. Annual Membership Fee

Effective June 24, 2026, your annual membership fee will follow the Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa, rate of Php 2,500.This is savings for you – previously, the annual fee for your BPI Amore Platinum Card was Php 5,000. With this update, you will now pay only P2,500, cutting your annual fee by half.

g. Cashback Annual Cap
Your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa will allow you to earn up to PHP 20,000 in cashback annually, an increase from the previous PHP 15,000 annual cap of your existing BPI Amore Platinum Cashback Card. This lets you earn more cashback on your everyday purchases throughout the year.

Effective June 24, 2026, your cashback will begin to accumulate annually, giving you more flexibility and control with your new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa, instead of automatically being credited every month. You may redeem your cashback anytime, anywhere, in increments of Php 500, through the BPI Help & Support or by calling our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.

You can view your available Robinsons Cashback in your Statement of Account (SOA) under “Cashback Available".

When transferred to your existing BPI Amore Platinum Card, you can continue to pay over the remaining term of your installment. You will still have the option to pay the minimum amount as well.

b. Auto Debit Arrangement 

If your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard is enrolled in Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) using a Robinsons Bank or BPI deposit account, you will need to coordinate with your branch of account to transfer your enrollment to your existing BPI Amore Platinum Credit Card.

 You may call the BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 to update your registered email address, mobile number or billing address. Once connected, press 2 for Credit Cards, then select 4.

Note: If you have been issued with a new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa, you may update your contact information by visiting the branch.

 You may request a supplementary card by calling the BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 or by visiting any BPI branch.

• If your supplementary cardholder does not have an existing BPI supplementary card:
  • BPI will automatically create and deliver a new BPI supplementary card.
• If your supplementary cardholder already has a BPI supplementary card:
  • BPI will no longer provide another one.

You may pay your credit card bills through the following payment channels:

(2) Any BPI branch (over the counter) or enroll in our Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) facility
