You will be issued a BPI Rewards Card. The card variant will depend on the credit limit of your existing DOS credit card. Any remaining balances (including unbilled installments), and rewards points will be transferred to your new BPI Rewards Card.
For DOS Credit Cardholders WITH an existing BPI Edge, BPI Rewards, BPI Gold Rewards, BPI Platinum Rewards, and/or BPI Signature Card:
Your DOS remaining balances (including unbilled installments), and rewards points will be transferred to your existing BPI Credit Card.

Overview
What is the migration and what will happen during this process?
When will this migration happen?
Starting April 2026, the migration process of your DOS credit cards will begin. You will receive an email advisory regarding the complete timelines of the migration proces
For DOS cardholders WHO DO NOT have an existing BPI Credit Card, or whose only existing BPI Credit Card is a Petron BPI, BPI Amore Cashback, or Robinsons Cashback powered by Visa (previously BPI Amore Platinum) Credit Card
What happens to my DOS Credit Card account?
Your DOS Credit Card including your supplementary card(s), (if any) will be converted to a BPI Rewards Card, depending on your credit limit. With the conversion, the following changes will be applied:
a. New Customer number and card number
1. You will be issued a new BPI Rewards Card with a new customer number, card number, card expiry, and CVV.
2. Starting July 1 onwards, your DOS credit cards have been deactivated to prevent any new transactions from being charged to your old account. The blocked card must be properly disposed of by cutting it into several pieces. Ensure that the EMV chip is damaged and properly perforated to prevent any unauthorized use of the card. Don’t worry, this is part of the transition process. You may start using your new BPI Rewards Card for all your transactions.
All your rewards points and balances will be transferred to your new BPI Rewards Card and is expected to be completed by July 30, 2026. Once the points and balances have been transferred to your new BPI Rewards Card, your DOS Credit Card, including your supplementary card(s) (if any) will be permanently cancelled. You will receive an advisory confirming the completion of the transition.
b. BPI Credit Card Variant
To know which BPI Rewards Card variant you qualify for, you may refer to the email advisory sent to you which indicates the credit card variant offered.
c. Credit limit
Your new BPI Rewards Card will have the same credit limit as your current DOS Credit Card.
d. Monthly Due Date / Monthly Cut-Off or Statement Date
Your new BPI Rewards Card will be assigned with a new monthly cut-off or statement date and payment due date.
e. Supplementary Cards
If applicable, we will issue and deliver the same BPI Rewards Card variant for your supplementary.
f. Rewards Points
• For BPI Rewards Card & BPI Gold Rewards Card: Earn 1 point for every PHP 35 spent.
• For BPI Platinum Rewards Card: Earn 2 points for every PHP 30 local spend or every PHP 20 foreign currency spend at merchants outside the Philippines for both in-store or online purchases.

To ensure uninterrupted services during the transition, please update your payment details using your new BPI Rewards Card for recurring charges such as online shopping, ride-hailing and delivery services, streaming services, utility bills, insurance premiums, gaming and digital platforms, cloud storage and software services, memberships and other app subscriptions.
I have an outstanding balance and/or outstanding installment under my DOS Credit Card. Will this be billed in full?
No. Your outstanding balance and any remaining unbilled installments will be automatically transferred to your new BPI Rewards Card and will appear in your August 2026 BPI Statement of Account (SOA).
Although your July 2026 DOS SOA may still show these balances, no payment is required for that statement. Instead, simply pay the amount reflected in your August 2026 BPI SOA on or before its due date.
When transferred to your new BPI Rewards Card, you can continue to pay over the remaining term of your installment. You will still have the option to pay the minimum amount as well.
Do I need to take any action?
a. Activate your new BPI Rewards Card
Upon receipt of your new BPI Rewards Card, activate it immediately to start enjoying all your card’s perks and benefits. For activation instructions, please refer to the card activation sticker found on your card.
b. Auto-Charge Payments
To ensure uninterrupted services during the transition, please update your payment details using your new BPI Rewards Card for recurring charges such as online shopping, ride-hailing and delivery services, streaming services, utility bills, insurance premiums, gaming and digital platforms, cloud storage and software services, memberships and other app subscriptions.
My DOS Credit Card is expiring soon; will it still be renewed?
No. Your DOS Credit Card will not be renewed but will be replaced by a new BPI Rewards Card. If you have not yet activated your new BPI Rewards Card, kindly activate it immediately to start enjoying the features of your BPI Credit Card and keep your banking experience uninterrupted.
My DOS Credit Card is/are enrolled in Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) using my Robinsons Bank or BPI Deposit account. Will my ADA enrollment be transferred to my new card?
If your DOS Credit Card is enrolled in Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) using a Robinsons Bank or BPI deposit account, please coordinate with any BPI branch to sign a new ADA form for your newly issued BPI Credit Card to avoid any inconvenience. For your security, sensitive account updates require face-to-face validation.

How will this merger affect my DOS Credit Card account?
a. Credit Limit
The credit limit of your DOS Credit Card will be added to your existing BPI Credit Card.
b. Supplementary Card
If your DOS supplementary (if any) does not have a supplementary card with BPI, we will issue and deliver a BPI card for him/her, free of charge. If you do not want to extend a BPI Supplementary Credit Card to your DOS supplementary cardholder, please call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.
c. Cancellation of DOS card
Starting July 1 onwards, you can no longer continue using your DOS Credit Card. However, permanent cancellation of your DOS Credit Card will take effect only after all your points and balances have been transferred to your new BPI Rewards Card by the end of July 2026.
I have an outstanding balance and/or outstanding installment under my DOS Credit Card. Will this be billed in full?
No. Your outstanding balance and any remaining unbilled installments will be automatically transferred to your new BPI Rewards Card and will appear in your August 2026 BPI Statement of Account (SOA).

Depending on the BPI Credit Cards that you own, your outstanding retail and/or installment balances will be transferred to one card following the hierarchy below:
- BPI Edge Card
- BPI Rewards Card
- BPI Gold Rewards Card
- BPI Platinum Rewards Card
- BPI Signature Card
General Questions
How can I update my contact details (email, mobile number, or billing address) to ensure my records are accurate?
You may call the BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 to update your registered email address, mobile number or billing address. Once connected, press 2 for Credit Cards, then select 4.
Note: If you have been issued with a new BPI Rewards Card, you may also update your contact information by visiting the branch.
I don’t have an existing supplementary card for my DOS credit card. How do I request for a supplementary card once I have my newly issued BPI Rewards Card?
You may request a supplementary card by calling the BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 or by visiting any BPI branch.
I have a supplementary card for my DOS Credit Card. Do I need to apply for a new BPI Rewards Card to replace his/her existing DOS Credit Card?
- If your supplementary cardholder does not have an existing BPI supplementary card, BPI will automatically create and deliver a new BPI supplementary card.
- If your supplementary cardholder already has a BPI supplementary card, BPI will no longer provide another one.
The RBank Digital App has been discontinued and my account is still being migrated to BPI. How can I pay my Robinsons Bank Credit Card (DOS) bill for April, May, and June 2026?
You may pay through the following payment channels:

Starting July 1 onwards, the RBank Digital App will no longer be available for viewing your credit card transactions and balances. Don't worry, you can still access this information through your electronic Statement of Account (eSOA), which will be sent to your registered email address.

In line with your transition to a BPI Credit Card, we have prepared this guide to help you understand how your balances will reflect on the Statement of Account (SOA) of your BPI Credit Card.
Definition of Terms
