When will the RWallet be discontinued?
What should I do to prepare before my RWallet is deactivated?
Prior to September 20, 2025, you may opt to:
a. Utilize your remaining balance at applicable POS terminals; OR
b. Visit any of the Robinsons Bank branches listed on the Rbank website, to:
i. Reactivate your RWallet to utilize your remaining balance. Your RWallet is considered inactive if it has been unused for two (2) successive years; or
ii. Claim your RWallet’s remaining balance.
How can I reactivate my inactive RWallet?
Prior to September 20, 2025, just visit any of the Robinsons Bank branches listed on the RBank website and present your valid ID and RWallet Cash Card. You will be asked to update your personal information to complete the reactivation.
If you prefer not to reactivate, you can simply claim your remaining RWallet balance during your visit.
You can no longer reactivate your RWallet Cash Card by September 20, 2025.
What should I do if my RWallet card is lost or damaged?
Prior to September 20, 2025, you may visit any of the Robinsons Bank branches listed on the RBank website. Bring your valid ID to claim your remaining RWallet balance or request the funds to be transferred to your existing Robinsons Bank deposit account.
Replacement RWallet cards will no longer be issued.
