Dear Valued Client,

We are pleased to inform you that effective July 16, 2025, the risk classification of BPI Short Term Fund (the “Fund”) will be changed from Moderately Conservative to Conservative.

This change makes the Fund more accessible to investors of any risk profile, who can now invest seamlessly through BPI branches or BPI’s digital platforms such as BPI online or the BPI app. It also reinforces the Fund’s objective of providing liquidity and stable income through a portfolio of cash and short- term money market instruments, making it an ideal option for clients seeking a low-risk investment outlet or cash management tool.

What this means for you:

1. No change to the Fund’s investment objective or strategy: This is a mere alignment of the Fund’s appropriate risk classification based on industry standards1.

2. No action required: Your continued investment on July 16, 2025 will be considered as your agreement to the change.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to send us an email at bpiwealth@bpi.com.ph or call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.

Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in BPI Wealth. We remain committed to helping you achieve your financial goals.

Sincerely,

Sgd.
