Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the availment by eligible BPI Preferred Clients of thirty percent (30%) discount on dine-in transaction with Locavore (the “Promo”).

General Policies

1. The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Banking Terms and Conditions, the BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI Mobile App, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part hereof (the “BPI Terms and Conditions”). 

 

Eligibility and Participation

1. The Promo shall be open to Eligible BPI Preferred Clients only.

“Eligible BPI Preferred Clients” pertain to those BPI Preferred Clients who:

(a) are able to present at any Participating Locavore Branch the following:

(i) his/her digital BPI Privilege Card (whether digital or physical); and

(ii) any one of the following:

(1) a valid government ID showing the same name as that reflected in the BPI Privilege Card;

(2) an email from BPI regarding the Promo; or

(3) a Short Message Service (“SMS”) from BPI regarding the Promo; and

(b) have not been suspended or disqualified by BPI from participating in the Promo.

2. Payment must be made using a BPI Credit Card or BPI Debit Card with the availing Preferred Client as the named cardholder to qualify.

3. The Digital BPI Privilege Card may be downloaded from the BPI Mobile App by following the steps below:

2. Tap More

3. Tap Privilege Card

4. Where a physical BPI Privilege Card is presented, the same should be valid (i.e., presented prior to indicated expiry date) to be honored.

5. Only one (1) BPI Privilege Card may be used per transaction and/or a maximum of thirty percent (30%) discount may be applied per receipt/invoice.

6. The Participating Locavore Branches are the following:

a. Greenhills Mall, San Juan City

b. S Maison Mall, Pasay City

c. Eastwood Mall, Quezon City

d. Three Central Mall, Valero St. Makati City

e. BGC, Taguig City

f. Estancia Mall, Pasig City

7. BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from participation in the Promo, if in BPI’s judgment, the person is not eligible for the Promo or that person has violated the terms and conditions herein, including any of the BPI Terms and Conditions. Suspension or disqualification shall result in the cancellation of the person’s right of participation and/or the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.

8. The Eligible Preferred Client shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promo and the Participating Locavore Branch.

9. The Promo is valid for dine-in transactions only of Eligible BPI Preferred Clients at any Participating Locavore Branch from Monday to Friday during the Promo Period, subject to the following conditions:

a. The Promo is available for only one (1) transaction per Eligible BPI Preferred Client per table, with a single receipt spend of at least Php5,000.00 (minimum) up to Php 50,000.00 (maximum), exclusive of VAT, service charge, and all prevailing local taxes, provided, in all cases, that the maximum discount that may be availed under the Promo for any single receipt transaction at any Participating Locavore Branch is Php15,000.00.

b. Discount applies exclusively to food items and excludes all beverages, including juices, soft drinks, and alcoholic drinks.

c. The BPI Preferred Client must have presented the complete requirements to become an Eligible BPI Preferred Client before ordering at the Participating Locavore Branch.

d. Discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

e. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing transactions into multiple transactions to avail of multiple discounts.

 

Other Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo Period is from May 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025.

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

3. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.

4. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Locavore.

5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9994) and An Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. No. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

6. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.

In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

7. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promo at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, changes in regulations, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. BPI will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice to customers through SMS, E-mail, social media pages or through the relationship Manager in the event of such termination, unless immediate action is required.

8. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether expressed or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any product or service availed of under the Promo or any reward item.

9. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the availment of and/or participation in the Promo.

10. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) rules and regulations and other applicable laws.
